Here's the Mission System. I'm sure many of you readers already know what this system entails, so let's get to the point. Mission System utilizes both the Ryo System and EXP System to allow for easier both encouraged roleplaying and gaining towards your characters.

After feeling out the template, you will wait for staff to approve of this mission, once approved, you may partake in the mission with whomever is listed.

• The Mission System, and the Plot System CAN NOT coincide with one and the other. If you register a mission, that mission can not also be a Plot to gain points. However, it doesn't mean the mission itself can't go towards your overall character plot ideals, but that's dependent on your view.
  
  
• If a Non-Staff Member were to NPC a character for your plot, they will not gain EXP, instead they will gain RYO, the amounts will be displayed below. If you're NPC'ing it yourself, you do NOT receive the RYO bonus.
  
  
• NPC must be marked either Enabled, Creator, or Participants. Enabled means that Staff may enter the mission as NPC(s) at will, Creator means only you may NPC characters in the mission, and Participants mean both the creator of the mission and any other participants may NPC characters in the mission. Marking it Enabled does not necessarily mean Random Upgrade is allowed (see below).
  
  
• If Random Upgrade Is marked yes, than staff have the right to enter the thread and change up the difficult if the situation suits for it, you will gain the amount of the rank-up if it is completed (thus auto-NPC Enabled). However, this does not ensure that your mission will be modified and thus ranked up, it's only a specific chance, I'm sure many see the advantages of this being enabled, however if you want a clear and concise mission, mark no. When marked No, staff will have no ability to enter or modify the ranking of your mission, as such, it shall remain as it was intended.
  
  
• Mission posts do not have a minimum word count. Instead, the mission as a whole has a minimum word count per person. This means that if you lack muse for one post, you can make it up by posting extra in another.
  
  
• Kages are incapable of performing missions outside of S-Rank except , and can only be done with a squad of 3 or more, usually bodyguards in doing so. Meetings or Peace Treaty discussions will not be counted as a Mission but a plot. Kages & Daimyo, do gain 10% of their workers RYO, and 5% of their EXP, but the 10%/5% is not deducted from the mission completion rewards, but is already deducted beforehand.
  
  
• Missions should not start before they are accepted, if caught doing so, it's possible for your mission to be invalid. At staff discretion.
  
  
• Each mission reward [RYO] will be taxed 10%. 10% of the RYO will be taken out of the mission reward. It will then be listed in the approval thread as "Mission Tax: Amount".

S-Rank Mission:

• EXP: 60,000
  
• RYO: 50,000

A-Rank Mission:

• EXP: 40,000
  
• RYO: 30,000

B-Rank Mission:

• EXP: 20,000
  
• RYO: 20,000

C-Rank Mission:

• EXP: 10,000
  
• RYO: 10,000

D-Rank Mission:

• EXP: 5,000
  
• RYO: 5,000

To give those a good idea of what missions of these varying levels are, below will be a short description of what each would be classified as.

S-Rank Mission:

The highest of the highest of missions, this is where dangers are above the anticipated levels, death on one-side was surely to occur. This could be, but not limited to, killing an S-Rank Shinobi, capturing important information from the enemy, or transporting information information. [9000 Word Requirement - Per Person]

A-Rank Mission:

Missions concerning or dealing with village or land relations, including but not limited to killing an VIP's. [6000 Word Requirement - Per Person]

B-Rank Mission:

Combat is mostly to occur, killing of others, guarding officials who have been marked for death, attacking another village, or undercover work. [4500 Word Requirement - Per Person]

C-Rank Mission:

Combat may occur, but not likely, however where injury is applicable such as being a bodyguard. [3000 Word Requirement - Per Person]

D-Rank Mission:

No Risk. Simple every day support. Such as finding dogs, babysitting, or buying groceries for the old. [1500 Word Requirement - Per Person]

There is a ranking table establishing which mission of which rank can be solo'd by a specific shinobi via military ranking. All other ranks must be filled with a team of two or more.
