I'm sure many of you have asked what SS & π are, so here's a quick description of what they are until further notice. "Upgrade Capable Ranks." That means they are not attainable ranks for a shinobi, and ranks that can only be upgraded through some technique or ability for a short period of time. There is not a rank beyond π so any upgrade beyond that will not possess any notable change.
Effective until further notice.
