→ "How does it taste?" His words came with the attention of numerous people around the shop as the legendary "Ramen Critic" begun to seemingly talk to himself, when in truth he was simply referring to the only person he ever had a good conversation with, and that was none of the living beings here. He tugged on the sheet that wrapped Kyomu tightly with a shift of his shoulder strap, and relieved it allowing it to fall back in its original slightly diagonal position. Why aren't you responding? His thoughts were mixed of frustration and confusion and suddenly shifted to a sigh.
The onlookers took very cautious attention to everything he did, every noodle he slurped, every expression he made, and every word he said, anything that would seem potentially bad would rally a sign of depression, anything good and smiles would light up the room, and if it's just a subtle thought to himself or a question a gasp of anticipation would be inhaled in unison. He was the individual that would go into ramen shops and taste all the kinds, see if its good or bad, if by some miracle he says good, the ramen shop gets such a boom in business that its impossible, if he says bad, it gets average to mediocre traffic and profits, and every ramen chef dreads or hopes the day that the "Boy with the Sheet" would come down to their shop and tell them that it was the best it ever had.
→ "So that's it." The crowd got up from their seat and looked over his shoulder in a herd wondering "What does he mean?"
→ "Meh." Was all he said, using his ramen to take another bite, placing the chopsticks parallel to the bowl, placed his money on the table, and walked away. The chef had tears in his eyes, but not of disappointment, of utter excitement. Everyone was already at a seat and a line had formed of the onlookers previously and those brought by rumor - The Ramen Critic says its GOOD!; albeit, it was merely a extra sip than usual, their thoughts were misconstrued to basic observations. This business was destined to succeed in this sandy society, and albeit oblivious of his actions, he had made a man and his son cry of happiness and people to taste the ramen that has a hint of goodness better than the rest. Delightful.
Walking out from the shop, he tugged his shoulder which brought the sheet to a straight angle, → "What was that back there? Not responding, what did i do?" There was no response, and from an outside perspective, he was merely talking to himself as his eye went to the corner of his eye. → "If you're in a bad mood, just tell me, so i won't have to deal with this." He started to walk towards the local water vendor, he was immensely thirsty for pure fresh water with non-added ingredients other than that from mothers earths natural oasis.
→ "[One] Cup of Small-Sized Water."

✖ SAND DRIFTS Even Castles made of sand, fall into the sea, eventually. CHAKRA RESERVES 100% WORD COUNT 283 Words NOTES Where do you want to go with this RP Session? @ikeda SASUKE The sand polluted air pounded against this young kunoichi's face. It was dry, hot, and uncomfortable today of days, however, once you've lived in Sunagakure no Sato for as long as Yasu, things wouldn't be so bad. Yasu carried her Make Out Romance book on hand for when she decides to read it, one series she always ordered and loves to read. Yasu made her way across the sand drenched floor, on her way to a specific spot for a drink of fresh water; her favorite of all drinks. With a deep breath, she turned the corning, only to abruptly pull her brakes. Her eyes widened as she saw the 'magnificent' Ikeda Sasuke. She glared for a split second, but she didn't want his critic followers to see her. She sighed deeply, ready to approach the vendor, when she noticed he was also there. She began to walk closely, the sand below her feet saying like water. he grains screeched against the brick, albeit it's sound would frustrate some, it was normal for her. She stood next to this slightly famous individual, he was taller than her, but she can tell he was also Genin, his getup and facial features were a sign that he was young and just, if not a little better, as good as she was in battle. "One small water, as well, please. Thanks."
Yasu began to regret her decision to even order the same thing as Sasuke, knowing he'd take note of it. Also, there is a strong possibility he may be on of her new Squadmates. With a deep sigh, she began to think about today's practice. The Boulder broke easier than the Tree... Odd... she thought.

→ It was so frustrating that it repudiated his advances for mutual communication under any circumstance and Sasuke understood not of the reason nor of why that reason would cause such a response. This was perhaps one of its days. He shrugged at the very conceivability of it being so, and thrust it at the back of subconscious to persevere onward with his diurnal activities with or without her. His eyes focused on the man pouring his small-sized cup, but his ears ran astray as it collected the chatter of a female seeking the identical order as he. He did not turn his head nor acknowledged her existence, only kept it in his mind she was there as not to bump her on the way out. When the water was done, he pulled into his pockets and grabbed about 100 RYO and placed it on the table, and awaited for the owner to take the money and place his cup near him, as he did. The small-sized cup had a glistening sparkle to it, most definitively from the pureness of the water with the sun's light reflecting on its surface, and it was spectacular. "What's your opinion of the water?
" He asked it in an attempt to grab a response - non was given, but from nearby this could've been seen as an attempt to engage in conversation with the individual that sat next to him with a similar drink - a proper misunderstanding, if you will. ✖ SAND DRIFTS Even Castles made of sand, fall into the sea, eventually. CHAKRA RESERVES 100% WORD COUNT 257 Words NOTES Hello? @ikeda SASUKE • Kunai [10] • Shuriken [12] • Explosive Tag [10] The young kunoichi searched for her coin purse. She dug into her Ninja Pouch, the abyss was filled with many items; the essentials, really. She smiled as her smooth skin came in contact with the mini purse. She pulled the coin purse out, her beautiful eyes gazing inside the salmon pink purse with a golden, floral design. She unclasped the golden clip opening it up and reaching for the exact RYO amount. with a smile, he pulled it out and sat it on the table as she watched the man pour her neighbor's drink. Yasu smiled and said, "Here you go. 100 RYO." With that she watched the sparkling water transfer from the man's hand to the hard surface's body. The boy beside her paid up and began to speak as he grabbed his small cup.
After Sasuke finished, Yasu frowned, but in a curious way. Is he talking to...me...? she thought. She waited a couple of seconds before shrugging and talking. "Well," She began, the man finishing her water, smiling, and grabbing her money. She grabbed it and began talking again, gazing at her sparkling, delicious looking water. "I like water in general. It's tasty..." She said quietly, as usual. She cleared her throat. "I mean, this water is one of the best I've had," She smiled to the vendor. "It has a really fresh and crisp taste; reminds me of an oasis, this and water in general. She took a small sip, then looked up at Sasuke. "Well," She began silently. "What do you think?

→ His mood surprisingly turned foul in such a short time, most likely due to the unforeseen circumstance of it refusing to engage in any conversation. At this very moment, he wanted to just send it flying to the wind, perhaps just let her rot for weeks on end before finding it, simply to make it suffer, but alas, he loved it too much to do something so heinous. He just sipped his water and let the cool crisp taste drain his thirst. It was gone rather quickly, as the frustration just made his usual routine of savoring it sour beyond belief. Just when he was ready to depart, a feminine voice, begun talking and explaining her opinion about the water, like he didn't already know this and if he had asked her - which he didn't. So the entire event was odd, and awkward as he just stayed there watching her chatter about the crispness of the water.
His eyes traveled all the way to her, looking at her in the eyes when she asked his opinion of the water. He was a conversationalist, he enjoyed engaging in conversation with individuals and can keep it going, but only if he wanted to, and this was not one of those times he "wanted" to. "My thoughts are my own, and i do not wish to share them. Good bye.
" He got up from his seat and begun trekking away from the vendor. He had hoped this situation would not come up again, or he'll meet this girl...ever again. She was weird. → " What?" He stopped abruptly as if responding to something, and he was. " So now you talk just to tell me that?" He shrugged and tugged the wrapped object on his back upwards and back to its original position. Due to it, he was now in a position of wrongness, and albeit he cared not, it did. As to satisfy it, he turned around and walked back up to the girl who he had recently been rude to, and begun to speak, " It was good water." He had too much pride to accept his mistake, and that was the least he could do. Glad it didn't kill him.
