It has come to my attention that the staff are backed up, greatly. We have a lot of work to do and yet not a lot of time. Members are moving too fast for us to keep up, honestly. I'll admit that we are understaffed and overworked. You guys want way too many things that take time for us to create.
So, here's the deal. In this thread, please tell reply with what you would like. I'm going to prioritize Staff's actions based on what the members need/want. I don't want my staff team to be wasting time on a certain system if you aren't even going to use it. If you want us to focus solely on approvals and checking, then we'll drop our system making and focus on that. If you want more systems/ways to get certain special things, then we'll have to slow down on approvals to focus on creating the systems. We can't do everything at once. We are humans just like you and we are also trying to enjoy RPing.
If you can't stand our slowness, then I would like to apologize. We are trying our best. Currently, I am ready to tell all staff to stop working on systems and focus directly on checking what needs to be checked. If you feel that isn't necessary, please say so. If we do give up on systems, then there will be some systems that have to wait [Implants, Jinchuuriki, War, Village Treasury].
So please reply and tell us what you need.

Umm it might work well if the new mods do the checking of things like profiles and what not. Even checking training and missions, Training being the thing that gets checked the least, if ever. As for the systems War,jinks and treasuries are important and intricate pieces of the Naruto world...Implants aren't. Wasting time on systems that aren't actually needed. Implants wont be a site wide thing, or at least it shouldn't. Hell most people metagame there plans for eyes BLATANTLY and no one seems to care.notice. Implants,like in cannon, should be rare.. IE for the longest time that we knew of there was only a single one in the entire ninja world and even after they changed that, there was only 5 in the entire world. Pain, Kakashi,Obito, Ao and Danzo and out of them all but one start off as the Sharingan. It also makes Konoha the ONLY target as they have the only 2 clans with eyes worth a damn. It's a stilted system at best that should have precious time wasted on it. In the event someone steals an eye then that person should work with A admin to figure it out but creating an entire system for something that 5 people in the HISTORY of cannon did...seems a little too encouraging.
As much as it pains me, the jink system is less important than the other two as well. The higher ups should focus ,in my opinion, on the war system first and fore most. The world is at war yes there is no system for war? How can that be? It's like getting everyone to play a game no one knows the rules to lol. I think focusing on War,Treasury,jink systems for the time being.

I agree to an extent that edits, gradings, and reviews take priority over new systems. I think that our best solution is to apportion roles among staff so that all of the important issues of NRE get addressed.
I.e., duties for staff should be split in a ration where a majority focus on the administrative needs (looking through profiles, registrations, etc.).
The other focus on the creation of new systems or the improvements of existing systems. However, creating new systems must meet new popular demand or fix existing loopholes in current systems. If either of those is lacking, than this segment of staff can help with the administrative as well.
This way, you have specialized staff members, rather than a group of members with similar, overlapping powers and vague boundaries/direction.
