Staff Applications [OPEN]

Due to being a new forum, we are always looking for helpful and trustworthy staff. However, you have to remember this: being staff doesn't mean having ultimate power and thus having fun, it's a lot more work than you think. If you decide to apply, be prepared to work and do our bidding. Staff Applications are always open. We do not have current staff re-apply. New staff spots are open when old staff are demoted/fired. Any and all staff are subject to demotion/being fired if they are deemed that they are not properly doing their jobs. Please remember that if you apply for staff, your duties will rise and you will often be quite busy, trying to balance your RP duties and Staff duties. However, being a staff is quite worthwhile when you hear a new member tell you that they are thankful for all the help you provided them. The Admins and whoever Unbeing chooses are not subject to being demoted or the like. They are the Gods of this forum.

NOTE: Only three staff position is available. If you are chosen from these applications, you will go through a rigorous interview process where your keen eye will be tested. If you get the position, you will get no second chances. If you slack off just a bit, you will get fired on the spot. No mercy.

The position of staff is a prestigious one, treat it as such. Only a few select people have become staff on this forum. They all sucked. Will you be the one to change our minds on how stupid our members are?! WILL YOU CHANGE THE FORUM FOR THE BETTER OR BRING IT DOWN IN YOUR DESTRUCTIVE WAKE?!

Yes. I'm on two other forums, actually. I also moderated a past forum that has become inactive. I am now an Admin for a Naruto RP Forum and a Digimon Discussion and RP Forum. I used to moderate an Avatar Forum.

- I want to keep things nice, clean, and active.

- I just want to help out, only seeing about five staff members makes me want to help.

- Finally, I just want to make sure people follow the rules and have a fun roleplaying experience.

Well considering I'm a former mod of this very forum, yes, yes I do.

I have owned several forums in my time that all lived out decently long life spans. I am the GFX mod of a Code Lyoko forum, and have modded several times for this precise chain of naruto forums (involving EK).

Reason:

I would simply like to provide assistance where I have seen it to be a bit more necessary. As such I will try to help guide members to assist them when they have questions or at least direct them to those that may be able to, as I currently already do. However, I would also like to help members continue to develop their characters past their OOC creation, therefore, I would like to not deal in OOC creation stuff, Profiles, Customs, ect... but instead deal in the Plots and Missions aspect of the forum.

Staff here previously, been a mod/admin on a host of other sites pertaining to Naruto, Inuyasha, etc. Well versed in the lore of the story as well as the systems of the site so I have a pretty decent idea on what is/isn't allowed.

Reason:

To be blunt, this shit is slow. Seems like every other day I'm seeing someone post a '5+ day' bump on a thread, quite a few of which haven't been modded in the first place. My lax school schedule will allow me to be on quite often and run through the stagnant threads that are waiting to be looked at. Why I want to be staff? It's fun, I enjoyed my last go round and have seen that there is a lot going on behind the scenes to improve the site vastly and I want to be a part of that. Also, it's pretty damn noticeable how lethargic things have been since the re-open and having to wait damn near a week to get something looked at isn't going to help anything, so along with putting my time and efforts into the actual rp I want to get the cogs turning more rapidly in terms of jutsu, characters, equipment, plots/missions being looked at.

Several, and by that I mean several different forums. Most of which were Naruto, a single Bleach Site, and some DBZ lot. Eck. Mostly Review/Relations Moderator, and a PAC Mod (XP System) Of course, there is always room for improvement and I support any and all extra-training....just don't mess with the brutality of denial of overpowered lots, and smacking bitc- people with hugs....yes hugs.

Reason:

Beating Bitches with Boots, and by that I mean actively cleaning up the forum to make the boards a bit more neater....also boot beatings. Just generally attempting to improve the general activeness, and support the forum can offer. No one likes waiting 3 weeks for someone to reply.
