Shikotsumyaku or "Dead Bone Pulse"- is the unique kekkei genkai that allows one to control the bone growth and properties of ones skeletal system. This is achieved by infusing chakra into their calcium, one can manipulate ones own bones in a variety of ways. Such examples would range from short swords, to bone bullets, to even bone armor. This kekkei genkai is extremely rare even among the Kaguya clan. It is also met with sever scrutiny and fear; by the other clansmen, to anyone who has it. People who have this kekkei genkai also have very different and unique skeletal structure so that if advanced medical help is next to impossible due to their being not enough information on the effects of the kekkei genkai.

As stated, this kekkei genkai allows for the clansmen to use his bones as weapons. Any bone in the body can be used for this purpose. When the bones protrude through the skin of the clansmen; the skin immediately regenerates. Even entire segments of bone can be removed and shaped into daggers, swords, or even whips. Once a bone is removed from the body, it is regenerated. The growth rate at which these bones can be protruded from the body is phenomenally fast. So much so, that they can use it as a split second defense OR as a trap to trap the limbs of opponents. Other than growth rate and shape; the clansmen can also control the density of their skeletal structure as well. Their bones are stronger than steel and can get even stronger depending on the technique used. The weapons created by this technique can even withstand chakra infused blades (which is usually enough to cut through anything). The bones can also be hallowed and made into wind instruments. This is usually used in conjunction with sound genjutsu though.

Due to these attributes, the Shikotsumyaku is considered to be the greatest taijutsu ability, which is held in high regard.

All members of the clan can OOC'ly start with D-Rank Taijutsu instead of E-Rank Taijutsu without the expenditure of points.

Historical Background:

The Kaguya clan started in the heart of the land of water. They are a blood thirsty clan, who only live for bloodshed. The Kaguya clan loves war, and has found a great calling in the recent first shinobi world war. They have found many occupations to accommodate their love and skill for bloodshed. Such employment includes; mercenaries, soldiers, assassins, and even bounty hunters. Though blood thirsty, they are not mindless savages. The Kaguya clan is actually renowned for their combat prowess and tactics. They do have a leader like most clans. The leader, though not political, can call the clan members to battle as a singular clan if he so chooses. At this point and time, the clansmen are under the employment of the Kirigakure. As such, many clansmen are soldiers in Kirigakure's army.
