The user can only infect one to two people at a time. Requires an open wound for the transference of bacteria, either by direct contact or chakra-propelled airborne bacteria. It takes two posts for these basic infections to affect the victim.

It is easily cured through the use of medical ninjutsu and the most devastating effect is usually temporary anyway. Uses chakra-propelled airborne bacteria to begin infection from an open wound. The effects set in two posts after the technique is used.

Description:

The user creates a strain of bacteria that can form endospores and transmits them to an opponent through an open wound. These endospores remain dormant for a preset amount of time, and if detected can easily be treated. However, if left to mature and able to reach the preset time (up to a month, never more), the disease contained within the spores infects the person, and it is fatal in the majority of cases. Requires an open wound for the full effect to take place, and the bacteria is propelled through the air by chakra. After five posts have passed, lesser effects such as nausea, sweating, high fever or cold chills, vomiting, etc., will set in. The full, deadly effect begins taking place several days (a thread or so) later.

Description:

This is a very specific form of the Shouki Soushi: Gato using Bacillus anthracis, the bacteria responsible for anthrax. It infects the victim as a strain of gastrointestinal anthrax, causing them to vomit blood and have severe diarrhea; lesions form in their intestines and throat. Once it has infected the bowel system, it spreads toxins throughout the bloodstream, causing blood poisoning and death. It can be treated if the victim reaches a high-level medical shinobi in time to prevent the toxin from entering the bloodstream. Requires an open wound for the full effect to take place, and the bacteria is propelled through the air by chakra. After five posts have passed, lesser effects such as nausea, sweating, high fever or cold chills, vomiting, etc., will set in. The more extreme side effects - edema and cardiovascular shock - will occur three posts later. Death might occur after that, or it could take until the beginning of the victim's next thread.

Description:

A highly advanced wide-range ninjutsu that has not seen use in the past thirty years. Control over bacteria to the extent needed to perform this technique is extremely rare, and hardly any Konoe Clan members ever achieve that level. The user of this technique creates a hyperactive strain of Yersinia pestis around the enemy. The disease is fatal and symptoms begin to affect the body almost immediately after infection. Symptoms include the creation of buboes (painfully swollen lymph nodes) around the site of the infection, high fever, headaches, muscle aches, and extreme weakness. This technique uses chakra-propelled airborne bacteria to enter the body through an open wound. The ability to use this technique is extremely rare. The deadly effects set in much more quickly than any other Shouki Soushi technique; it takes two posts for the side effects - general malaise, fever or chills, headache, and buboes - to kick in, as the reason this technique is so deadly is because it skips the need for the bacteria to have an incubation period. It becomes fatal within the next three posts as the person's body begins to shut down completely.

Few things:

[1] | 10x Kunai Speed would translate to Needle Senbon Speed, and not 10x Kunai Speed.

[2] | You don't list how the victim would contract the virus. However, i know that the spores can be ingested, inhaled, or comes into contact with the skin one can get infected, but like the other techniques as they are created by chakra and perform the realistic end result, i would like it it had to have contact with an open wound, simply for no auto-kill from production-sake. [Since Anthrax is a real biological weapon] Also, a good measure of when the death could take place would be nice, as well as what the immediate effects from the less-immediate effects take place[Post-Wise].
