Clan Surname: Konoe. Clan's Location: Scattered. Clan Origin: Hi no Kuni. Special Traits: Shouki Soushi - Miasma Creation: The kekkei genkai of the Konoe Clan. It allows creation of strains of bacteria, of both helpful and pathogenic varieties. Requiring a focused mind and precise control, Shoton is by no means easy to use just because a child as young as five can tap into the ability. Forming bacterial cells is an intricate and complicated process; however, once a person has created a strain, they will be able to easily call upon it in the future. Their bodies store copies of the created cells so they will not forget the composition. Along with this comes an immunity to bacterial diseases and an ability to control how contagious the diseases created are.
Immunity to Bacterial Disease: This goes hand-in-hand with the process of creating bacteria. If they were vulnerable to the diseases of their own creation, Konoe Clan members would die as soon as they started using the bloodline. Thus, a natural resistance to disease was developed and enhanced by the kekkei genkai. This can also be dangerous as a Clan member might not know when they are carrying a potentially hazardous bacterial disease.
Control of Contagious Diseases: Their kekkei genkai wouldn't be too useful if it infected their comrades too, would it? Over the generations Clan members have come up with ways to halt the spread of contagions and made them an integral part of all Clan techniques. If a user is young or has poor control, however, they are potentially dangerous to their comrades because their lock on the spread of contagion will not be as complete.
The ability to create helpful strains of bacteria is helpful when it comes to medical techniques; members of the Konoe Clan make good medics.
For the techniques to be properly utilized, the user needs at least B-Rank chakra control.
Historical Background: The Konoe Clan began in Hi no Kuni around the time that people started exploring the many uses of chakra. It was a humble start: one man, with a passion for medicine, trying to put that passion to use on the battlefield. It took him many years- almost three decades, some say- to develop the ability to use Miasma Release. He is not quite sure how the ability was passed down genetically, but lo and behold, his three sons were able to call upon the ability just as easily as he could.
As his sons grew older, two of them expressed a desire to explore the world, and set off into the unknown to get their thrills. The third son stayed with his father and learned his trade. The first son settled in Kaminari no Kuni and had one son. Deciding to see more of the world, he set off, but died soon into his journey, and was buried in an unmarked grave and never spoken of again. The second son found a wife and settled in what would become Kusagakure no Sato. And the third son married and had children as well, moving away from their original land and settling closer to what would become Konohagakure no Sato.
When war came, the scattered members of the Konoe Clan fought for their countries, developing the many Shoton techniques. Each person has their own variations, though the basic premise of all techniques remains the same. They settled in the hidden villages of their respective countries and continued to serve as loyal shinobi.

Very lovely clan. Two things: [1] | Can you rename the KG to something other than Release? I want release to only deal with elemental things[since movie related stuff are disallowed]. [2] | I would like it if there was a specific stat to CC[Chakra Control] that must be achieved before the KG can be properly utilized, as stated of the need of precise CC. With those two taken care of, [1/2]
