I know this is probably a misunderstanding, but to delude further ones, B-Rank+/B+Rank would be specializing in that area of skill, and its impossible to specialize in two skills. Can you add: "B-Rank or Higher." For them instead of using plus, to divert confusion.

[2] | Same as before with the misunderstanding: "B-Rank or Higher." Would suffice. Also, as this is omnidirectional attack, it should be slower than 6x Kunai speed, roughly 3.
