This justu can only be performed where a large amount of water such a giant lake or an ocean but is at its highest potential on the ocean. Once the user performs the thirteen needed hand seals they with throw their arms out and then slowly rise them up into the sky with their head slowly leaning back. Then slowly the sky will darken and the water will slowly start to thrash. Eventually, the water will start coming down on the surrounding earth in the forms of huge waves. After several minutes it turns into a hybrid between a tsunami and a typhoon.

The waves can get to a frightening height of up to one thousand feet and will cause drastic damage to the area around it such as removing trees from the ground and destroying houses as if they were nothing. People who are in its way will most likely drown as they get pulled back into the water with such a force that it’s almost impossible to escape. Then those who are sucked into the monster of a storm will have to face the giant water tornadoes that will be spinning in the surround water. On average one will produce three in a lake and up to six or seven in a bay or a larger body of water.

This jutsu will last up to twenty minutes but will mostly only be used for a few minutes to destroy villages and kill mass arms of men. This jutsu will suck the user of most of their chakra and will also take most of their energy as well. After the jutsu is completed its known for the user to pass out afterwards and will probably not wake up for several days even weeks in some cases. When this jutsu is in use the user is unable to move from their position and in most cases the user is normally in a semi safe place and out of sight since the jutsu can only be stopped by knocking the user out or killing them.

[1] | 1st Tech: Needs to be upped to S-Rank. Requirement needs to be A-Rank+[Ninjutsu w Water as Specialty]. You need to be specific as to how many tornados are created, simply for my own peace of mind, cause the less water, the less power it has. Clarification: If the technique is active, the person is incapable of moving, correct? Simply to control and maintain the technique of such large scale. This is also the only way to stop the technique, by killing/incapacitating the caster, and i like that idea.

Sub-Note: I like the idea of a last resort, mass destruction tech.

[2] | I remember this tech getting approved before, it had the same restriction as before, all users must maintain the handseal to keep the technique active. Add that to it, and its alright.

[3] | Title the thread as "Canon." As stated when using the "Canon Template"

[4] | Suiton Master wouldn't count. Say: S-Rank+ Ninjutsu[Suiton] Which would make them a suiton master. A suiton specialist would be B-Rank+ or Higher individuals, as long as they possess the "+" they are fine.
