Description:

His ultimate technique and what feeds his Hai Karasu nickname, it is a layered technique. The first layer is a large cloud of ash spewed onto an area, from his mouth. The cloud's full extension is enough to cover the size of an average battlefield, which can be as far as 200 feet for Hajime. From there, Hajime will leap into the air and spew a blast of fire into the cloud. From the right angle, the fire spewing from his mouth looks like a giant fiery crow descending towards its target.

The resulting explosion is 40 feet high.

The technique's weaknesses lie in the fact that a good doujutsu like the Byakugan can see whats coming. This and the fact that Hajime is at his weakest on his descent down from the follow-up to the ash cloud spewing.

[1] | I don't believe an average battlefield is 100 feet, nor do i believe it's adequate range for an mass destruction technique. The height seems a bit fine, but i want it to increase as well. 200 feet should suffice. 40 feet high should also suffice. Of course, if you don't think he can jump higher to get out of the blast radius, you can keep it at 30 feet.
