[/justify] Technique Name: Mizudan Suisha | Ballistic Waterwheel Technique's Label: Clan Technique Prerequisites: Akimichi Clan & Baika no Jutsu is in use. Skill Rank: C-Rank Type: Taijutsu Elemental Nature: --- Speed of Technique: --- Description: Instead of just expanding one's body with chakra, the user will take in a large amount of water to grow to the same size ball as Nikudan Sensha. Then, he or she will use chakra to rotate themselves into a roll, which is made more destructive than Nikudan Sensha due to all of the water weight, but it makes them susceptible to loud sounds and it is still difficult to turn. It is a perfect defense against Suiton users by taking in their water attacks, but the body can only take in so much water to expand to the round form. [Lasts 3 Posts]

Clans:
[1] | Multi-Size Technique would be the base technique of the clan, and thus would be labeled as a C-Rank. However, this is only because partial exist, which is a lower form, if it was listed as a D-Rank, partial, which takes less chakra and does merely arms or legs, will be an E-Rank, which is not legit. However, if the next staff says it should be D-Rank, i shall keep it as such.
[2] | The human bullet is also C-Rank, according to Databooks & Wikia.
[3] | The naming for the 3rd technique is off-set. Also, Ballistic Water Wall would also be C-Rank, and you do not list its full capabilities. The user swallows incoming water through the mouth, allowing one to nullify low amount of water techniques. Of course the amount would be enough for the size to allow.
[4] | 4th Technique is also C-Rank. As declared by the databooks & wikia.
That's all.
