The Templates for Weapons and Items have been merged together to form a singular multi-purpose template section for all shinobi tools, be it a weapon or an item. We do ask that you Quote for Code, unlike before. Thank you.

Custom Weapons: Custom Weapons are Weapons developed by the user, and is only used by the user. Due to this, they have a huge significance and is thus a rare occurrence even in the shinobi world. There are certain rulings that deals with Custom Weapons of all kinds:

• [1] | A person of B-Rank or Higher can have 1 Custom Weapon[Puppet, Blade, Unique Scroll] @ OOC Creation. All else must be bought through through the purchasing system.
  
  
• [2] | Custom Scrolls, those that are different from those relating to the normal sealing scrolls, can only seal and hold 1 item, and it has to be specific.
  
  
• [3] | No OOC obtained item can possess Chakra Reactive or Chakra Flow capabilities, these are upgrades to said weapons given to them by purchasing it on the RYO Shop.
  
  
• [4] | Items, besides scrolls, can not possess Space-Time Ninjutsu Aspects.
  
  
• [5] | Weapons can not possess effects relating to the SSM[This could mean Chakra Absorption or Sentience, except with Kiba{Except the Raiton Embedding}, and abilities will be highly scrutinized by staff if a weapon with special abilities are created.
  
  
• [6] | Weapons can not exceed B-Rank Endurance / Strength, and can only reach B-Rank Endurance or Strength if they focus purely on one or the other, in which the one not chosen will receive a less rank. If you possess an ability, it's likely your strength / ability will not be capable of reaching B-Rank if it does not focus on the other. All Weapons can be upgraded via the Ryo Shop.
