This technique is utilized through eye contact[Sharingan: Genjutsu], the moment close range eye-contact has been established, the users vision fixates upon the image they see. Whatever they see at the moment the jutsu is cast, is what they will see until its released. No matter what they do, look around, look up or turn their bodies, their vision will remain on that singular image until Kai'd. Most opponents don't notice the visual fixation until late, or begin to panic when they believe they are unable to turn around.

[1] | I had the Prerequisites as Sharingan Three-Tomoe, which is an automatic A-Rank Requirement to use. I clarified on the technique.

[2] | I made all these C-Rank because i'm incapable of learning B-Rank Ninjutsu or Higher. At least until i raise the Cap with a "Special Item." What do you suggest for me to make this technique C-Rank? Albeit remember, what this technique scarfices in power, it gains in speed[The entire point].
