Technique Name: Kagegakure no Jutsu [Hiding in Shadows] Technique's Label: Clan Exclusive Technique Prerequisites: Nara Clan Skill Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Elemental Nature none Description: By utilizing their clan's techniques a Nara can lay against a surface of some sort and manipulate the shadows present around them to form over them effectively hiding them from the naked eye.
This technique requires the user to be absolutely silent in order to avoid detection. The user may move while using this technique, but only within the shadow they are using to hide. The user cannot attack while in this state as the user must continuously hold the ram seal.
Weave and Maintain Ram Seal to activate
If the shadows hiding the Nara vanish the Nara will be revealed. The Nara can only travel through shadows that are naturally connected to one another.
[/justify] Technique Name: Kagekōsa no Jutsu [Shadow Crossing] Technique's Label: Clan Exclusive Technique Prerequisites: Nara Clan Skill Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Elemental Nature none Description: Similar to Kagegakure in only that the user may use this to hide within the shadows. Weaving the Ram→Dog→Rat→Boar→Ram seals and then maintaining the final seal as bird, the user can dissolve into the shadows and then travel within the shadows at higher speed than normal travel so long as the shadows are connecting.
The user can also wield this technique to hide within the shadow of another person and simply travel with that person unknown to them while within that shadow. Although if their shadow vanishes the Nara will appear three feet away from the person first as a shadowy mass then their real self.
This technique can be dispelled through the disappearance of a shadow.
This technique can be maintained through two role plays at great expense to the user's chakra.
[/justify] Technique Name: Kage Sanran no Jutsu [Shadow Spawning] Technique's Label: Clan Exclusive Technique Prerequisites: Nara Clan Skill Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu Elemental Nature none Description: Once having come in contact with another person's shadow, a Nara can then form a clone, not of them self but their target from their target's shadow. That clone will then fight for the Nara so long as the target's shadow remains visible. If the target's shadow vanishes, the clone will vanish after two posts unless damaged then it will vanish immediately. If the target's shadow reappears in that time frame and the Nara manages to reconnect to the shadow, the clone will remain on the field past two turns unless critically damaged.
The user can choose to dispel this clone at any time so long as they are connected to the target's shadow or touch the target.
The clone cannot be formed from the user's own shadow.
Shadow Imitation can be used to make contact with the target's shadow or the user can simply touch the target's shadow. Shadow Imitation will be immediately broken if this technique is used while it is in place. With Shadow Imitation Shuriken, the creation of the clone will cause a disruption in the chakra of the shuriken and allow a strong willed opponent to break free.
Clone will automatically disperse is dealt critical damage (impaled, ect...). If the original target's shadow vanishes, any damage with disperse the clone.
This technique consumes the users chakra similar to Kage Bunshin, by halving it per clone. However if target is something such as a Bijuu, chakra consumption is much more drastic.

Kagegakure no Jutsu - Is this manipulating existing shadows or effectively making new ones? Ie. if there is a sudden flash of light, for instance, do the shadows disappear as normal ones would or do they remain?
Kagekōsa no Jutsu - Looks good.
Kage Sanran no Jutsu - Awesome jutsu! Can you clarify if the clone can be destroyed before the target's shadow vanishes or only after? Roughly what force would disperse the clone; the same as would a Kage Bunshin? Also, could you put in something about it taking the user's chakra? (I'm assuming that's where its chakra would come from?)
Lastly, I think as what is effectively an advanced form of Kage Bunshin, I'm inclined to ask you to bump this up to an A-Rank. However, I'm not entirely sure so I'll leave that up to EK (or whoever else reviews this).
