After a long day's work, Hideo couldn't think of anything better to do than go get something to eat, and while he would have preferred to eat with friends he was too hungry to go find some of his to ask if they wanted to tag along. This is why he was sitting inside of his favorite restaurant with a lot of meat cooking in front of him, and while he knew that he was hungry enough to eat all of it Hideo was willing to share it with any fellow shinobi that happened to come along. Like his taste in food, Hideo wasn't really picky on who he interacted with just so long as they didn't comment on his weight, which is when he showed just how dangerous he could be.
"This is the worst part about eating. Having to endure the smell of the food as it is cooking," he commented to no one in particular. It was the worst torture that he had endured so far, and the only thing that he could think of doing to combat it was to put his focus on the day's events. This wasn't hard as his arms still hurt from the scratches that he had received from removing an animal from a residence earlier this very day, and it seemed that thinking about them made the small cuts itch. It seemed that he was stuck thinking in a torturous situation regardless of whether he focused on food or his work, so he just let out a loud sigh in frustration.
Tapping his fingers on the table, Hideo began to wonder what the rest of his squad was doing right now, and then he wondered when they were going to do their next training session. He supposed it would be when their work load was decreased a bit so they had the free time to do such training. "Guess that means no more training sessions," he said with a smirk.

[/div] Man he loved it when he actually had lazy days for once. Ever since having returned from that bloody mission to the land of grass Shikashu had been taking every chance he had gotten to relax. So far today he had managed to get out of doing house work as well as paperwork simply because he had returned from that mission all but two days ago. Not to mention that paperwork and housework were both just too big of pains in the ass to deal with, especially when the Nara had absolutely no motivation to do so. So instead he had spent his day taking random strolls throughout Konoha, laying down in his favorite grassy knoll, or having conversations with the shop keeper over at the produce stand. A pretty productive day if you asked Shikashu. However it had been interrupted when a Chuunin had come and found him. Shikashu had been watching the clouds from his favorite grassy knoll with a cigarette clamped between his lips when the shinobi approached him. The girl didn't say much, just confirmed that he was Nara, Shikashu, shoved a folder in his face and left. At first Shikashu didn't even bother opening the folder, but instead simply tossed it aside and laid back down in the grass. It was only when his own curiosity finally over took him that he finally rolled onto his side and decided to take a look at the contents. First thing he saw was a note from the Hokage: Starting first thing tomorrow morning you will be assigned as the jounin leader of ichibuntai. They are the up and coming team of the Yamanaka, Nara, Akimichi combination commonly dubbed as Ino-Shika-Cho. Take care to train them well into fine shinobi. What a fucking pain in the ass this was already turning out to be. Turning the page Shikashu noticed three pictures, upon seeing who the Nara was a grin spread across his face. It had been about two hours since he had decided to look at the folder. Since then he had decided to familiarize himself with its contents and figure out just who his genin were, however, of course, that was best done through meeting them in person, which was what he intended to do tomorrow morning. Now Shikashu would have still been familiarizing himself with the folder contents and or thinking up a plan for the next day if only one thing hadn't prevented him from doing so. His stomach growling. So here he was at the village's most infamous barbecue. Already he could smell the succulent juicy aromas of the meet, and already he wanted to chow down, however he would wait if just a bit longer. As he wandered through the seating area searching for a seat as was accustom of this place he noticed a familiar face. Well familiar to him but likely not the boy. Deciding to give it a shot to introduce himself to the boy he recognized from the files to be one of his genin, the Akimichi to be exact, Shikashu would walk over to his table. [atrb=valign, top] Man, I wish Usagi-san would have given me a few more cookies. Yanmei had just come from the old lady's house after her mission to buy groceries for her, and man, was she hungry. The handful of cookies she had taken had only been enough to tide her over for ten minutes or so, and her stomach was grumbling in protest. For such a slim, tiny girl, the Yamanaka could put away a ton of food - not as much as her friend Akimichi Hideo, but still a lot.
Maybe she could stop at a restaurant and get something to eat before she went home. After all, she had just gotten paid, and it wasn't like her parents would mind all that much. A moment of thought later, Yanmei was practically sprinting towards this great barbeque place that she had never eaten at herself, but knew Hideo loved. If it got the recommendation of an Akimichi, it had to be good.
It didn't take her long to get there, and - speak of the wonderfully chubby devil - there was Hideo. Yanmei launched herself at him, squealing happily. "Hideo-kun!" She was so much smaller than him that she couldn't quite get her arms around him, but her overly enthusiastic clinging surely got the message across. What a great thing it was to see him here! One of the things that she had learned from him was that food was always better when you shared it with friends. "You're going to share that yummy barbeque with me, right?"
In her exuberance, she had failed to notice the redheaded man standing next to the table. She thought he looked kind of familiar, like he had the same sort of face or build as someone else she knew, but his name was a mystery. "Hi, mister jonin! Are you one of Hideo-kun's friends too?"

"WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!" An adventurous shout begotten the entire immediate vicinity. He was indeed happy. Today, he meet an interesting little butterfly that he followed in hopes of seeing where it would lead him, only to see two boars fighting it out over food, and then the winning boar going back just to have a stare down with a hungry bear over his food, of course the boar refused to give up and fought the bear despite the size and power and somehow overcame it! God, it was so entertaining to watch, but that wasn't all! After the boar won with a victory hmph, he took the food back to his family and they ate the avian carcass with happy glee. It was an interesting sight to behold as they fought for but in the end shared the food like a real normal family.
As he was coming back, he meet the bear that got defeated and it looked at him with deep hunger gleam in his eyes. "Want me to be your next meal, eh?" He had told the bear before they then proceeded to fight. In the end, the bear lost terribly to his Shinobi strength, but fear not! Iō was not an individual that would let a hungry bear die from hunger! He took his clothes off and dunked himself in the nearest river bed, grabbed some fish, and brought it to the surface. Coming back to this hungry bear, Iō could see that in its eyes it thought Iō had come back to finish it off and take it as his next meal, but fear not! Iō threw the fish at his face, one...by...one. Displaying he was not an enemy but an harbinger of food!
It was on this day that he pet a bear, and befriended one. Again he screams, "WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!" Today was indeed an adventurous day. So here he was in Shukuba town to eat at one of his favorite restaurants that serves the most delicate and juicy meat, cause well! Meat Helps Your Body. With a huge grin on his face, he walked inside the shop with exuberance, noticed easily from his head head and shape of his head, "SHIKASHU!" This day couldn't get better.

The barbecue was about ready to come off the grill, which made Hideo's mouth water. Grabbing his utensils, Hideo started reaching for the food, so that he could chow down. He was so excited for it that he could picture himself eating it already, which made him want it even more. Right when he was about to grab the first piece, a guy came up and asked him if he was who he was, which made him wonder if his meal was about to be interrupted for another Genin ranked mission. "I would be Akimichi Hideo. What can I do for you, sir?"
Before he could hear a response, a sound that reminded him of a kids swarming a bowl of candy filled his ears, and Hideo knew exactly what was about to happen so he did his best to brace himself so that there wasn't an accident involving the grill. Then the hug occurred, and since there was no screaming in pain Hideo assumed that everything had gone according to plan. "I will be more than happy to share my food with you. That is what being teammates is all about, right?" There was that and making sure that one another stayed alive while on a mission.
"He isn't one of my friends, Yanmei. I just met him about a minute or so before you showed up," said Hideo in order to answer his friend's question. This didn't mean to say that he wouldn't be the older shinobi's friend if he wanted him to be, but Hideo didn't want there to be any confusion if this was official business. Then another loud noise told Hideo that the last member of their squad had shown up, which made this the most random squad meeting in the history of squad meetings. Of course, that wasn't as weird as Iō yelling out a random name while walking towards them, and through the process of elimnation Hideo came up with the only solution possible. "Is he talking to you or is he suffering from the heat," he asked the man with the red hair.

[/div] Shikashu shoved his hands into his pockets while Hideo took his time answering his question. Ah so he did have the right person, that was good. Shikashu would have answered Hideo's own question but the sound of a certain little girl's voice caused the man to instead take a step or two backwards just to be on the safe side and boy he was glad he did because almost immediately a little blonde girl came rushing in and attempted to glomp the akimichi. All Shikashu could actually do at this point was resist the urge to laugh, however it subsided when the girl turned towards him and asked if he was Hideo's friend.
"Not exactly, not yet anywa-" SHIKASHU!!!" A familiar voice rang out over the restaurant and while Shikashu was about to explain his appearance here came a certain rambunctious genin. His half brother to be exact, and almost immediately upon seeing the kid a grin grew across the man's face. "So did your mom not punish ya for that bear incident or what? Cause I swear my mom is strict as hell." He was joking of course, and likely only Iō would get what he was referencing to. "Actually Hideo, he is talking to me. He's my idiot of a little brother." As Iō walked up to the group, Shikashu stuck out a hand to poke the boy on the forehead before continuing to speak.
"Well since by odd coincidence we're all here I guess I should just cut right to the chase." Shikashu folded his arms across his chest as a proud look appeared on his face, "Yamanaka, Yanmei, Nara Iō, and Akimichi Hideo, it's a pleasure to meet you all, I am Nara, Shikashu and starting today I am your new Jounin instructor." music Yura Yura by Hearts Grow words 297 notes be prepared for Shikashu to reference several thing Iou might only get. [atrb=valign, top] Yanmei grinned. "You're such a good friend, Hideo-kun!" she responded, releasing him from her grip at last. Then, hearing another excited shout, the Yamanaka turned and practically tackled her other best friend, Iou Nara. "Iou-kun~ What a coincidence! Heh, I guess we all have good taste in barbeque." It was quite a bit easier for her to get her arms around the lanky Nara. He and Hideo were both about six inches or so taller than she was - which made her feel really short, but they didn't tease her about it (much, anyway) - and oftentimes, her flying tackle hugs left her an inch or so off the ground. It wasn't her fault she was too short to hug them properly; hopefully, she'd hit some kind of growth spurt soon and at least hit five feet. It would be horrible to stay this short forever.
After releasing Iou, the blonde was struck with the urge to hug the jonin too, just in case he was feeling left out, but she didn't know how well that would go over so it was better to abstain from doing that for now. It would be kind of weird to hug a random jonin anyway, but he looked nice enough, so... Well, there would be plenty of time to hug the redhead - Shikashu was his name, it seemed - later. "Huh. I didn't know Iou-kun has a big brother. It's nice to meet you, Shikashu-san!" No wonder he had looked kind of familiar despite the fact that, until just now, she had never met him.
"Our jonin-sensei?" Yanmei repeated, grin growing wider. Well, it wouldn't be so weird to hug him now, would it? "Then I guess we've got the best sensei in Konoha, right?" Shikashu didn't get one of her patented Yamanaka Flying Tackle Hugs, mostly because he was a whole foot and a half taller than her, but also because she didn't want to be too forward with her affection. Even if he was Iou's brother - and thus, awesome by default - she didn't know if he would appreciate her hugs like her best friends did.

OH YEAH! The moment he saw his red-haired half-brother in one of his favorite restaurants only one things came to mind - he's paying - which meant he can eat all the meat he WANTED! So elated by this hopeful fact, he could shout in excitement, however, a familiar voice shouted his name with a friendly honorific and he immediately recognized who it was, not even needing to confirm, he prepared himself for one of her signature Yamanaka Flying Tackle Hugs - is what she called it - out of reflex.
"Yanmei-Chan! You're here too!" Her petite body and strawberry hair rubbed onto his body. Hehe. She removed herself from his lanky form, and Iō immediately took notice of Shikashu's comment about the bear. THAT WASN'T HIS FAULT! But it sure seemed that way to his mother. "You know that wasn't my fault, shikashu-kun! The bear chased her of its own fruition, not because i put honey on her dress!" Of course it didn't end with that, bees started to swarm cause it seemed that the honey hive that Iō stole to get fresh honey from was theirs...if it wasn't for the fact that his mother was a shinobi, she probably would've been killed. "And it definitely wasn't my fault she wore a dress that looked like a honey hive." You see, the bear was attracted by the honey, but what it wanted was the bees and larvae inside the honey hive, and of course that meant - under her dress. If one had a deep thought about the situation; they could assume that the bear was perverted in nature - again not his fault.
He got poked on his head and Iō felt a little embarrassed being poked in-front of his friends, he cute-ishly pouted a bit until he realized Shikashu had said Hideo's name. Hideo? His head bobbed and weaved around Shikashu to see Hideo already at the table with cooking meat! MEAT! "HIDEO!" He called out rather pointlessly.
And then the news was set. Shikashu was going to be their jonin instructor, Iō face flew with a bright white smile, "YEAH!!! FREE BARBECUES!" He shouted.

Hideo already knew that he was a good friend as none of his current friends had abandoned him, but if they were all going to partake of the meal then he was going to have to get some more food. Of course, he instantly forgot about this as Shikashu had an exchange of comments with Iô about a bear, which was instantly followed by the older shinobi telling them that he was Iô's older brother. This bit of information made Hideo realize that he didn't know that much about his teammates, but then again they didn't know much about him besides his obvious love of food. "It is news to me as well, Yanmei."
Apparently, the fact that he was there was news to Iô as the younger Nara hadn't realized that his Akimichi teammate was there until Shikashu had said his name, but Hideo had no time to focus on the fact that he had been overlooked as he heard just what Iô's older brother had got through with saying. Who would be overseeing their squad had always been a constant curiosity for them, which was solved now. Naturally, the fact that Iô had said that they were getting free barbecue had caught Hideo's attention rather quickly, but that was natural for someone who was ruled by his stomach.
"It will be an honor to learn from you, and I promise that well will do everything we can to earn that free barbecue, sensei." At all times, Hideo tried to be respectful to everyone, but there was no way that he would pass up the chance to get free food. With the thought of food in mind, he quickly snatched up a piece of the cooked meat and popped it into his mouth, which made him want more so he got another piece. "Speaking of barbecue, we should probably get some more if we are all going to be eating."

[/div] All of their reactions were a bit priceless. One was a girl whom was so sweet and seemed to want to give hugs to just about everyone she knew. Another was his idiot brother whom was always getting into trouble one way or another. Then that last one was a man ruled by his stomach. Sheesh, it was certainly going to be interesting working with these kids, but Shikashu would figure out something the would work for their teamwork sooner or later, but preferably sooner. So now Shikashu had captured the enemy's Rook, Bishop, and Queen, all he needed now was to take their King and it was checkmate.
"Haha, fine fine, I'll pay this time, but from this point on you'll be earning your free barbecues, alright?" Looking to his brother, Iou, he gave him a sort of glare that by normal people would have been like, eat all you want and I'll murder you, of course it would likely fly over his oblivious brother's head. Noticing a waitress passing by their table Shikashu would call over to her, "Ah miss, could you please get three more servings of pork for this table?" Giving a rather polite little boy to the Jounin, the waitress rushed off with the new order to go and fulfill it as soon as possible. At that point Shikashu motioned to the table, "Well since it appears we'll all be eating together now, mind if we sit, Hideo?" It was polite to ask, even though he was rather certain that answer would be yes anyway. There was perhaps a ten percent chance of him saying no, but that probability was also rather low, so Shikashu wasn't too worried. music none words 283 notes none [/td][/tr][/table] [/center]

[atrb=valign, top] Iou's comment about a bear - which was a story she was going to get out of him later, for sure - was pretty amusing; it made her silly grin stretch a little wider. And of course her train of thought was sidetracked when the Nara mentioned free barbeque. Who wouldn't be excited about that? If Shikashu-sensei was going to treat them to free food, they could eat as much as they wanted! Afterward she would feel a little bad for spending so much of the jonin's money, but that was something the genin would get over quickly. "Oh, yeah, that would be a good idea. We wouldn't want to run out." The only thing worse than running out of barbeque in the middle of a meal was not getting barbeque at all - neither of which were situations Yanmei was fond of.
"Of course we'll earn it, sensei!" she responded to the redhead's comment, seeming a little shocked that he might think they would expect free barbeque without doing anything to earn it. They were his team, not little leeches that sucked away all his money... though with all three of them, it was quite possible that the money-leeching was going to happen regardless, they weren't exactly cheap. "Since we've got the best sensei in Konoha, we're going to be the best team ever, right guys?"
If Yanmei had been allowed to gamble - which she wasn't; her father had scolded her for betting candy on who would get what ranks in their academy class, and told her that if he ever caught her doing it again she would be in really serious trouble - she would have bet that they really would end up being the best team. They were already the best of friends, which would make their teamwork awesome, and people from their three Clans always made the best teams, according to stories she'd heard. So they had not only strong friendships on their side, but an awesome sensei - a fact she would never doubt - and history to back them up.
She slid into the seat next to Hideo without even asking like Shikashu had; eying his pork hungrily, the Yamanaka hoped that it wouldn't take too long for their food to arrive. 386 words, template made by oxymoron! of back to neverland |

[OOC: Sorry guys for a long time to post. Hope you like the surprise element] Today is such a fun day! First, he sees a majestic butterfly, sees a battle of boars, a boar vs a bear, a family gathering of boars, fought a bear, feed a bear, befriended a bear, came to his favorite restaurant, meet his half-bro, meet his two friends from the academy and after, and then now has been told he will be working in tandem with the best people in the world as a team to become the best team in the world! This day couldn't get any better than it already is.
Oh, and he forgot to mention that now his brother will give out free barbecues for being on the team! WOOOO! Despite he didn't say it yet, and when he did, Iō was completely lost in thought that even when looking at his brother, the facial expression given passed through one eye through another. Even the comment about earning it flew through his head as he thought about barbeques for free, but it was Yanmei's comment about being the best that caught his attention. "Yes we will Yanmei-Chan!" It was at the moment that Shikashu as for a seat that a loud uproar took place outside with a feminine scream making its way to Iō.
"BEAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!
[/b]" The voice had screamed. Iō jumped and took on a grin, going to the outside to see the bear, hehe, maybe it was the bear that chased after his mom's skirt. However, it wasn't. His eyes took sight of the scar on its eye and completely noticed that it was indeed..." Happī?" Indeed, the bear he feed just a while ago and befriended was traveling through the streets seemingly looking for something, perhaps something to eat? A man took arms - a blade - and tried to shoo the bear away by wildly swinging the blade, one could tell he had no skill in wielding a weapon whatsoever, but it was either Happī was going to hurt him to defend his-self or Happī was going to get hurt by the wild swings. Without thinking, Iō jumped in, pushing the man down with a shoulder tackle, sending him a few yards out, as Happī slung his huge claw about to rip the guy to shreds, but instead catching Iō's shoulder instead. " GAHH!" Iō screamed in pain. " Nobody move! He's not going to hurt you!" Not much of a smart thing to say when one just got hurt. Iō could see on his face that he was startled by the threat and the scared looks. He had almost forgot his teammates were here, hoping they wouldn't try to subdue the hairy creature in anyway. Letting out a loud roar, Happī stood on all fours, and begun to search once more. Was he looking for food? " Happī STOP!" He turned towards Iō and as if a quick revelation took place and donned on a smile before roughly falling on its sides. To clarify why he was named Happī, in western terms, Happī meant Happy, and when Iō had given him food, he donned on the smile he possessed before that made him seem happy. And thus, his name was given to him.[/blockquote][/blockquote][/blockquote][/justify]

Shou had just entered Shukoba and was wandering through the streets looking for a place to eat. Today he was in the form of Ayumu, a small dark haired boy that wore nothing much a simple yellow yukata. His hair was held up in a high ponytail and his bangs hung around the side of his face. What made this form so useful for Shou was that he was blind in one eyes since this body was his originally his late son’s body, who had been blinded by his own grandfather many years ago. But as he walked through the streets he heard the sound of screaming. As an instant reaction, Ayumu ran towards the sound. Sliding to a halt he saw a large bear walking through the streets scaring people left and right. Ayumu was ready to jump in and subdue the bear either knocking him out or killing him depending on what the bear did.
But Ayumu stopped when he saw a boy a little older than Ayumu yelling at the bear to stop. After a few moments the bear rolled onto his side. Ayumu smiled as he slowly walked through the street pushing pass people with ease. Once he was at the bears side Ayumu pulled out a large red apple and held it out for the bear. ”Human food will do you know good you know, smiled Ayumu as he watched the bear sniff the apple before taking it gentle from his hand. Ayumu smiled as he rested his elbows on his knees resting his chin on the palm of his hands.
”Happi is you name?” asked Ayumu who had heard the boy call him that, ”Very cute name.”
Ayumu then got to his feet and turned to the other. A smile crossed his face. ”You have a very nice bear but try to avoid giving him human food. It will do him no good, he needs food that is given to him by mother nature,” smiled Ayumu.

Their first mission as a team had been a success, which was to get free barbecue from their new sensei. Of course, it wasn't a real mission. It was more like a line of common thinking on their part which had turned out to be in their favor as Shikashu agreed to purchase the meal, which was immediately followed by him asking Hideo if they could sit down. Naturally, the Akimichi would have said it went without saying that his teammates could join him at the table, but then Yanmei just sat down beside him. "Of course, you can, sensei."
While his squad mates thought were confident that their squad would be the best, Hideo figured that they had a long way to go before they became the best at anything besides eating. After all, they had only been shinobi for a short while, so there was much for them to learn and things would only get more dangerous from now on. "We will certainly do our best to make our families and you proud, " said Hideo after Iō's comment. It wasn't in his nature to be overconfident about his abilities, so he went with phrasing it so that he hadn't done so.
Then the strangest thing occurred as a bear walked by the restaurant making a lot of noise, which startled everybody. Dashing outside,he saw that one guy was so freaked out by it that he drew a sword and swung it around like a child playing a game, but Iō quickly put an end to that at the cost of some blood. Of course, his teammate had to announce that everything would be okay as long as no one tried to attack the bear named 'Happī', which was an odd name for a bear. Then some kid appeared and gave the bear an apple, and Hideo wondered if they should do something to get the bear out of the city.
"Perhaps it would be best if we try to get our furry friend back to mother nature before someone else tries to attack him, " said Hideo as he looked from the bear to Iō' to the boy and back to the bear. They obviously couldn't just leave the bear in the middle of the street.

[/div] Shikashu stifled a laugh. No wonder Iou liked hanging out with these two so much. Yanmei was certainly a lot like him in the hopeful and excited category while Hideo seemed to be capable of bringing the two back down to earth. They certainly were a good combination for a team, however, Shikashu would have to wait until tomorrow to discover whether or not they could actually work as a team. When Hideo accepted his request to sit down, Shikashu was about to do just that, even had his hand on the corner of the table when the scream rang out from the streets. "Nani!?"
His attention immediately grabbed, Shikashu forgot about his hunger and ran out to the streets to find a large bear with a scar roaming the streets. One of the villagers seemed to be so freaked out that he frantically drew a sword and started flailing his sword arm about in front of him. The way he was wielding the sword would likely only serve to hurt himself or someone near him rather than the bear. "Stop! You'll only hurt yourself or someone else instead!" However he was too late, the man's flimsy grip sent the sword flying off towards a civilian woman. As her scream rang out, Shikashu leaped forward reaching out with his non-dexterous hand. He knew this was a stupid move to pull, but he also knew there would not be enough time for his shadow to reach it before the woman would get hurt.
It would seem as if time would freeze for a moment. The woman was cowering in fear of being skewered albeit unable to move. Shikashu loomed over her, between her and the wannabe swordsman, and the sword... The sword was caught, however not how Shikashu would have liked. Grimacing a moment a few drops of crimson blood would drip to the ground making a small pitter patter sound as it did so. Shikashu had happened to catch the sword with the blade right between his index and middle fingers. It had cut about three centimeters into his skin has it had slid to a halt up at the guard. However Shikashu took no time to worry about his wound, instead he removed the sword from his hand and clenched his fingers together to try and keep the blood flow from getting too bad.
Returning the sword, albeit a little bloody, to the proper place, Shikashu then turned towards the woman, "Are you alri-" He stopped mid-sentence as he realized she was already gone. Sighing he knew the answer to his would be question, although it was a bit of a pain in the ass one. Turning now towards the bear, Shikashu watched for a moment as some strange kid he didn't recognize fed the bear an apple. Interesting how the bear didn't seem to be too angry with anyone despite hurting.... wait.... Iou... HURT!? Shikashu ran over to his little half-brother and looked at his shoulder. "Can you be any dumber!?" A worried look was on Shikashu's face as he saw the crimson blood leak from his brother's shoulder, but then again there were a few more issues at hand, and while he was worried, he knew Iou would be fine. Right now there was a huge bear sized problem right in front of them.
Sighing and calming himself down despite his brotherly instincts, Shikashu turned towards the bear, Happi, and got down on one knee before holding out a hand, his non-bloodied. "Happi, was it? Well Happi I'm Shu... Shu..." He repeated a moment using a kind, non-threatening voice towards the bear. Seeing how it had become friendly, and how Shikashu would likely smell similar to the forest in which it would likely live, the bear would more than likely not turn hostile towards him. "Happi you're a big and strong bear. You're scary too. You need to go home. Eat salmon from the river. Be... happy." Shikashu looked to Iou at that moment as he rested his hand back on his knee, although keeping Happi in his peripheral vision, "He seems to trust you Iou, thus it's your job to get him back to the forest and make him stay there, got it? He can't be here, he might get hurt, or worse, hurt someone else."
Noticing his brother's shoulder again, Shikashu got that worried look on his face again before he got an idea. Removing the bandanna from his head he tore it into pieces. "But first hold still you little idiot." He would use the torn bandanna as makeshift bandaging for Iou's shoulder as his brotherly instincts took over making him want to protect his little brother. Making the bandaging nice and tight for Iou, he knew it would likely get blood sullied in no time, but it was honestly the best thing he could do at the moment. "When you're done with that, go get your shoulder checked by a medic, got it?" He looked his brother square in the eye as he said this giving him one of his infamous brotherly death glares.
Once he was done with this he turned to the stranger, again keeping note of the bear's position, "I don't recall ever seeing you before, just who are you?" music none words 880 notes none [/td][/tr][/table] [/center]
