This jutsu can be done in two ways first it can be made from fire chakra only into a giant size fire ball in the users hand that they raise above there heads once it has reached the required size which is sphere shaped ball that is 30 metres by 30 metres in thickness so that it makes a perfect sized giant ball above the user. Once this has been created it can be thrown towards a target or targets or even a village if needed to be used in that many once it hits it will explode into an inferno of flames in a 150 metre range causing destruction in its path. If senjutsu chakra is added while in sage mode to the ball of fire it becomes more destructive as the fire chakra properties are increased further resulting in upto 250 metres of damage if senjutsu chakra is added. The technique because of the size takes 2 posts to make and fire it so give enemies time to intercept it from been completed.

The user of this tech raises their hands above their head and creates a ball of energy that is 1 meter long in all directs the ball of energy is mixed with sage chakra and lightning chakra, when this ball of energy is fired at the enemy it travel at very fast speed even as big as it is, when this ball of energy makes impact it disintegrate cells of the enemy's body like body cells and will cause them to loose the use of movement in their body plus damage from impact of the blast when it hits them.

The user summons a massive stone toad statue in response to an elemental jutsu. As the jutsu approaches, the toad opens it's mouth and eats the jutsu, sealing it away inside as long as it is under S-Rank. If it is S-Rank then the toad shatters and the jutsu proceeds unabated. The absorbed jutsu must not be in combination with a Taijutsu since the toad cannot absorb humans. Max 3 times a thread.

The user converts their chakra into an extremely sticky oil and spits this out as a huge mass. When this oil touches the target, their entire body is covered, and it prevents them from moving. Simply washing the oil away with regular water wouldn't be easy. Furthermore, if a Fire Release technique is thrown at the target after this technique is used, they will be enveloped in flames in an instant. The Oil also the oil acts like a glue and say that it inhibits movements and slows them down.

This oil is then expelled and at the same time ignited, which creates a giant flame, equivalent to ten-odd Flame Bullets. This flame can completely cut off the front escape route of an enemy cornered in a hallway or room, or it can thoroughly burn each respective escape route..

The user summons a special Diving Toad (潜り蝦蟇, Moguri Gama) from Mount Myōboku and hides inside its stomach.

The frog is able to dive up to a hundred meters in fresh water, making it especially useful for infiltrating enemy camps that are surrounded by a river or a lake. The stomach of the frog also has a special barrier that obstructs chakra, protecting the user from detection-type ninjutsu.

• I am pretty sure that at least the Hiding in a Toad Technique is considered universal with the Toad Contract as a prerequisite because anyone that has it can learn to do it.

Edited jutsu you mentioned first the paralysis effect is mainly because its lightning and the sage chakra added to this jutsu causes the other effect pretty standard senjutsu techniques and lowered speed.

Second one you mentioned changed the rank, I agree it should be universal but its up to sirena who signs the contract so its not really open to been used unless its signed by her.

I prefer it to stay on my list as I can keep them together and changed it to universal.
