Description:

A simple technique where chakra kneaded inside the body is converted into ice, and expelled from the mouth in a large cloud of freezing ice. The scope of the attack is altered by controlling the volume of chakra that is mustered. The released freezing breath will lower the temperature their target thus making it freeze over. This technique is great for freezing pools of water and blowing out flames. Depending on how much chakra is flushed into this technique, the user is capable of freezing large objects and slowing them down. In order to freeze a human, however requires a large consumption of air and quite a bit of chakra, the enemy must be subdued by the freezing breath for at least five minutes.

The user creates and vastly expands a sheet of ice underneath the feet of everyone, including themselves. While the user can walk across the ice without difficulty, others cannot; only those with advanced chakra control can manage. In addition, the user is capable of phasing into this ice and traveling through it nigh-instantaneously, even appearing under the feet of their foe and pulling them down. They do not phase into the ice like the user does, however. They're simply stuck from the neck-up.

The second appears where ever the user decides (it must within a fifty meter range) usually it is behind their victim. When activated, the user's hand(s) and forearm(s) take on an icy blue color as the very blood in them drops to negative 50 degrees Celsius. Due to the intense cold a slight steam rises from the hands ever in the coldest of weather. Anything the user touches is either instantly frozen (in the case of non living things) or becomes so cold that it is unusable, if medical attention is not received with one hour the limb will die and become unusable entirely, four days after that, should the limb not be thawed, then it will fall off. This jutsu requires a lot of chakra and is considered highly dangerous.
