Name of Contract: Kitsune no Shizuka Tosha | Foxes of the Silent Shrine
Location of Contract: - Shizuka Tosha | Silent Shrine: The home of the foxes, where they reside when they are not summoned.
- Iwagakure no Sato | Village Hidden in Rocks: The village in which the contract is located.
- Shingi | Loyalty: The foxes are loyal to Iwagakure. Any shinobi from Iwagakure can sign the contract and use any of the universal summons (Arctic Foxes, Red Foxes, Pale Foxes, and Gray Foxes).

I apologize for the inconvenience, but this has been pulled due to a widely misunderstood state of being for Summoning Contracts.
The only contracts that are personal to an individual at creation are Sages. Contracts are either loyal to a village, accepted clan, or no one and thus can be signed by everyone in any of those categories. What is Personal / Universal is "Summons" not "Summoning Contracts." They can be labeled upon as your personal summons, but people can create Summons relating to that animal if they so wish, and if they fit in the aforementioned categories.
There are no contracts [except Sage Contracts] that are loyal to any respective person.
