Description:

After performing a single handsign, the user gently places the palm of their hand on the ground. On doing so, they send a thin layer of chakra extending outward from the user's position upto a radius of 60 - 80 meters. Once the chakra detects any life force, it sends a signal back to the user, giving them a mental image and reading. This reading, gives the person a decent sense of the opponent's position, the number of life forms around the area, the target's status and the topography around him. Once they releases their hand or stops the flow of chakra, the reading disappears. Since the layer chakra flows from beneath the ground, it can be difficult to detect unless by a highly skilled nin.

• You have put good chakra reserves this needs to be an actual rank for all the jutsu.
  
• For the first jutsu 60-80 metres for a D rank is too much to me up the rank or change the range your choice.
  
• Doton: Toreirubaindo | Earth Release: Trail Bind - Same above about the chakra reserves also I can see this needed good chakra control as well because you state you can control more than one at a time. Also put a kunai speed on the jutsu as you have put speed in the Description to me that could be anything so place the kunai speed in ill leave it to you to decide what speed.
  
• Yopparai no jumon | Spell of the Drunken- Same above about the chakra reserves also you state about having enough will power to break free how would you measure this in character some could just say they have just for the sake of getting out something like will power is very hard to measure hence not a suitable weakness I would just remove it and keep the immobile part in place in stead as Kai can be used as well so that other weakness is not needed. Also bumb to B rank as giving out information from a C rank gen is too much.
