This technique allows Kuru to utilize the steam emission ability granted by the Gobi's powers with his clothes on. More specifically, it allows him to emit steam right through his clothes or accessories/whatever he may be wearing without tearing right through it. It essentially makes them an additional layer of his body above his skin.

By halting the speed of his steam emission, Kuru can fill his vicinity with the fumes, thus blinding most people within it. Because of the heat, anyone not accustomed to it may start to sweat. This technique is very similar to Hiding in Mist, with the difference being of course that instead of using Suiton to manipulate droplets of water, this technique uses the body exertion of the Gobi's power. The steam is tinged with Kuru's chakra, though not so much as to completely hinder the Sharingan's vision.

Description:

A very simple seal inspired by the Four Symbols Seal, which looks like a simple whirl. It is activated by a single half Ram hand seal, and applied through physical contact. It seals and disrupts the chakra flow on a small part of the target's body, such as a hand, or if applied on a larger part (e.g torso), it will seal the chakra of an area equal to a hand or foot. It is weak and lasts a very brief amount of time (two posts if D-Rank Chakra Control, only one for higher levels), but if applied just before/right as the target is performing a technique requiring chakra use, it will hinder them for a moment or two.
