Description:

The user creates Clostridium botulinum bacteria that contains less than seventy-five nanograms of botulinum toxin and infects a food item with it. One post after the victim eats the food, the characteristic muscle weakness of botulism sets in. Double vision, drooping of both eyelids, loss of facial expression and swallowing problems may begin to occur, and the victim may have trouble talking. Two posts after the victim eats the food, the muscle weakness spreads to their arms, and one post after that, it spreads to their legs. The victim may also experience difficulty breathing. While debilitating, the botulism will not kill the victim, merely leave them incapacitated. Medical attention will cure the victim so long as there isn't a major delay between infection and treatment.

The user creates Clostridium perfringens bacteria and uses chakra to propel them to the enemy, who is only affected if he has an open wound the bacteria can enter through. Within three post, myonecrosis (muscle tissue death) begins to occur. Three posts after myonecrosis sets in, sepsis occurs. Symptoms include hypothermia, rapid breathing, elevated heart rate, and edema, which increase in severity over the next few posts, eventually causing unconsciousness. A day or two later, the victim enters a state of shock and dies.

Dokusei Gochiso | Toxic Feast - Specify that it's less than 50 nanograms of botulinum toxin. Less than one microgram isn't saying much when 75 nanograms (three fortieths of a microgram) will kill the average human. Yes, I looked it up, and yes, I am that pedantic. xP

Kitai Eso | Gas Gangrene - Unavoidable death for anybody without a medical ninja nearby if they have an open cut within six(ish) posts? No thanks. Could you double the first post count and change it to unconsciousness then and death after a "day or two" (or something to that effect)?
