to the soldier, the civilian, the martyr, the victim. THIS IS WAR Sirena was currently in her new office in the Kage tower at the center of Konoha. At the current time she was over looking the balcany that was at the back of her desk looking out over the village it had been some number of years since she had last looked at it in this way, back when she was small the village had indeed changed much in that small amount of time. Sirena like the town had changed much as well she was the new Hokage of Konoha while she was also the toad sage a lot of responsibility was now upon her shoulders and that of her entire village. Sirena then stopped looking at over the village as she turned her attention the the pile of paper work that was on her desk currently to see what it was. There was piles and piles of it most of it was just standard village requests and other stuff. Sirena then picked up a letter that was addressed to her, but what was weird about it was that it did not have any village seal or approval upon it which made it even more strange as she had never seen it before. Then again she had not been in the village that long since coming back from years away. Sirena then opened the letter and then started to read it from the top. The letter was from a group of bandits calling them selves the untouchables, they addressed the latter to Sirena telling her that some important village documents had been stolen from the elders offices and that they are demanding 100,000 Ryo for the return of them, the letter also stated that if the payment wasn't given that they would be sold to a rival village. Sirena's face dropped a little after reading the letter because it was before he time yet they were black mailing her something had to be done about this problem.

[Kensei Takezō]

Hyūga Hiatari was fully garbed in his ANBU outfit - almost skin-tight black clothing, a silver-grey flak jacket, shining arm guards, three tool pouches strapped to his waist and a panther-styled mask, all covered by a black cloak, the hood pulled up so that it cast a dark shadow over his concealed face.

His feet patted gently against the tiled roofs beneath them as he sped over the top of the houses and shops - by far the fastest way for a shinobi to travel across Konoha. He was on duty at the moment, on his way to the Hokage's office to give a report. Some scouts had come across a large encampment of bandits - perhaps as many as a hundred of them - not far from the village.

What they were doing there, Hiatari could not guess - it would be more than foolish of them to group up so near the village unless they had some sort of protection; some way to prevent Konoha from simply sending in a few Task Force teams to deal with them...

As Hiatari neared the Hokage building, he slowed, dropping to the ground at the main entrance. As he made his way through the corridors and stairways up to the Hokage's Office, he could not help but wonder what her reaction to this would be. He hoped she would not send him to make contact with them... Bandits such as these were the worst of mankind. Filthy creatures, almost exclusively slaves to their own desires.

Reaching the Hokage's office, he rapped his knuckles on the door three times before entering. He did not wait to be admitted. "Hokage-sama, I have an urgent report. A large group of bandits have set up camp near the village. Their numbers way well reach into three figures."
