Discipline Hiko. Remove her staff powers. Idk. Anything. Just do something about her.

She constantly rages on the box and it's not just unsightly, but it murders people's vibes at the very least, not to mention at least my own muse for just generally being here. I don't know who or what she thinks she is, but she's not the only one with feelings here. She has to learn how to keep her intense emotions to herself. The other day she raised hell on the box due to a thread, and then posted an objection (which I'm sure some of you remember). I'm not opposing the objection in any way, I just heavily disagree with the manner and timing in which it was done. She simply raged the entire time and unleashed her anger upon us, quite frankly killing my muse for having a nukenin for the sake of him being a nukenin.

As we all know, here on NRE being a nukenin means being at risk most of the time. EK and I went to steal Hiko's and Misa's bounties with our characters, because it's entirely legal within the forum's rules. Obviously nobody likes getting their bounty stolen, but hey, again, it's what may come with being a nukenin, and to me at least, it's part of the fun of being a nukenin. Honestly, having a nukenin, as long as he doesn't die, I wouldn't mind getting a bounty stolen or something so trivial like that. Because I know that he could very well get killed at any moment.

Anyways, kinda rambled there about my opinions, but the point is: she blows everything way out of proportion. She's irrational. Instead of addressing EK's and my RP mistakes when she had seen them, she waited until the situation got ugly for her and Misa's characters, and instead of doing it 'professionally' as any good staffer would, she decimated the chatbox with her wrath. Not to mention she constantly disrespects EK - the head admin - like it's just a normal thing to do. Hey, I don't feel overjoyed at the moment, why not go try and ruin the head admin's day?

What convinced me to this is the most recent occurrence of... Hiko Rage... On the chatbox. I took a few screenshots, so... Behold Her Majesty's Bossy And Ever-Growing Wrath~

Oh, and did I mention EK never shows his own negative emotions and just tries to peaceful settle conflicts with her? Somebody congratulate that dude.

I went back to look at the chatbox when I was done typing all of this, and Hiko was still being angry about something.

You know what Un, you have a problem with me, then tell me to my face. I would have likely started taking it to PC if you said something to me personally. Although I thank you for bringing this to my attention. I'll work on toning myself down.

I said on the chatbox that I wouldn't talk to you, but I'll make an exception just this once, because I specifically asked for anyone but you to review this. You shouldn't be posting here.

With all due respect, I would not ever go straight to you about your anger issues. I've seen other people do it (albeit on the box, while you were angry for no reason) and all you did was cuss them out and tell them to 'fuck off'. So obviously I'd be wasting my time.

And this is not about you 'toning it down'. This about you quitting.

[1] | Being Head Admin, i should attempt to the best of my abilities to defend my staff member who i've appointed a huge position on the forum and entrusted it's future to. However, it's very difficult to do that with my own experience and the evidence brought forward.

Hiko has irrational behavioral tendency to jump to conclusions on some days which i say is PMS, but of course it's not, and i feel sexiest for allowing myself to believe in that to continue moving forward. Her outbursts comes from the most random of mood changes, and even to the point of disrespecting others and myself as if we/me are little kids. Even going as far as calling me pathetic due to a misunderstanding and causing another member to believe i dislike her, when in truth, i haven't grown to hate/dislike anyone on the forum[Except that one person who makes me depressed], even Hiko, despite her aggressive tendencies.

I've even informed on PC that she needs to stop disrespecting me in-front of others and take it to PC whenever she has a problem so i can solve it in a calm manner - this was ignored.

So, here's what i'll do.

I'll put her on a One Month Probation. If she has another outburst or one of her uncontrollable "ruining moods" rants, i will take action. Anyone, even staff or member can come to me only once and i shall, mainly because i still trust Hiko and love her with all my ability. She helped when i was alone in developing the forum, so of course this is given. However, as mentioned before, if it does pop up again, post in this thread, PM me, anyone and everyone with a screenshot and i will take definite actions towards the issue.
