Description:When using this technique, the individual [Physical Speed; Nothing Else] aspect of Shunshin increases by 3, thus causing a tunnel-like vision to take place as the person does not possess sufficient reflexes to see or react at Top Speed. Requiring one to overcome this before its full extent can be brought to the surface.
By channeling an abundant amount of Raiton Chakra into ones palm, the user creates this technique. The Raiton Chakra needs to be focused and highly concentrated into one spot which thus produces a sound that gives the technique its namesake - One Thousand Birds. Once the chakra has been focused and maintained, the user charges at an opponent and thrust their palm into the opponent to deliver a devastating blow enough to penetrate almost any defense and can prove fatal if hit. The thrust is only one option, the other is by touching an individual, can send a powerful shock throughout their body which cause their muscles to contract and go numb. It can also be used for various variants.
