Description:
A rather subtle technique used by a genjutsu user, this technique is based upon the ability for many illusions to instill certain emotions, such as fear, in their target. This technique, however, instills a sense of importance in an object, action, or particular methodology. Subtle in nature, this can be used to create a powerful distraction or other opening in an opponent’s defense. The technique is named as it essentially causes something to become suddenly clear to the opponent.

Description:
A technique which ensnares the target from a medium range, the illusion is initiated by pulse of chakra. The target will immediately feel an electrifying tingle and a paralytic effect. Should they look down, they will see an illusionary pool of water connecting the user and the target, the water conducting the fake electricity between the two. While a simple technique to break out of should the user be aware of it, it’s strength lies in the fact that it appears to be a rather normal Raiton technique, making it rather difficult to notice. Should the target be made aware of what is going on, a normal kai can of course remove the effect, though a large, concentrated burst of chakra leaving them will have the same effect.

Suishi | Drown

Description:
A technique best used with a nearby water source, the outset of this illusion can exist in a few different ways. Should there be a large amount of moisture in the atmosphere, such as heavy fog or rain, the user can choose to have the water surround and entrap the opponent. Conversly, should a nearby body of water exist, the user can choose to have the water, or some squid-like tentacles, rise up to grasp and pull the enemy down into the water. Regardless of the method that it occurs in, the technique always moves slightly faster than the target and will inevitably place him in a great expanse of water should he fail to escape the illusion. Once there, the water, and possible accompanying tentacles, will hold the victim beneath its surface, suffocating them until they finally pass out. One powerful aspect of this particular illusion is that the victim is able to react freely to the oncoming assault, allowing them to attempt to dodged or diffuse the onslaught as much as they see fit.
