Scary Bandit [Mission]

Natsumi was heading to the Danko family home. The family was Danko-san, his wife and his two children. Today’s mission was to capture a stray raccoon that has made his home up in the upstairs bedrooms where the children sleep. The raccoon has been said to be dangers to the point of having rabies but it would be the best idea to remove the creature before it hurts itself or anyone or anything else in the house. Natsumi had decided to bring Saito with him and leave the rest of her pups at home since they were dealing with a small animal that will likely set off their chasing instinct. Sano was the mature one in the group and seem to have the most control over his puppy urges. Natsumi new some basic information of these creatures but that was it. But with her canine like senses it should be easy for her and Saito to capture and remove this animal from the home.

Natsumi had gotten permission from Danko-san to enter the house since the family had left on a family trip while Natsumi did her work in the house. The home was a cute two story house that was a cute green color with a bright blue door. Natsumi looked around and found what she was looking for. Sitting beside the front steps was a fog statue. Picking the statue up she found the key under it in the imprint. Picking up the key she unlocked the door before hiding the key again. Natsumi looked over her shoulder at Saito who was looking up at the second flood. ”Come on Saito, time to look for that little bandit!” called Natsumi as he held the door open for Saito as he bolted into the house. Natsumi giggled to herself as she fallowed the puppy inside and closed the door gently behind her.

Once inside the house Natsumi saw that it was a tad dark since all the lights were off but it was best to leave the lights off. Natsumi’s eyes were able to easily adjust to the low light probably not as well as Saito’s eyes but she was able to maneuver her way through the home. ”They said its upstairs in the kids bedrooms,” whispered Natsumi as she looked around for the staircase. Walking over to a door she slowly opened it to reveal a staircase that went upwards. It was much darker than the hallway so Natsumi pulled out a small flashlight from her pouch pocket and turned it on. ”Come on Saito!” called Natsumi softly as she started the somewhat squeaky staircase. It took a bit longer than Natsumi had thought to get up to the second floor but once they got up it was a bit lighter from the window that was letting it a good amount of light. Turning off the flashlight Natsumi placed it back into her pouch.

It defiantly smelt of raccoon. Its sent was everywhere as well as the smell of its droppings. Saito growled softly as he looked at one of the bedroom doors. ”So he is in here Saito?” asked Natsumi softly as she slowly walked over to the door and gently turned it. Once she opned the door she gently pulled it back to reveal that this room probably belonged the son who was 8. The room male associated toys all over the place and it was just a mess. ”You look around that part of the room I will check this part. We careful,” whispered Natsumi as she walked over to the section that had the small desk and closest while Saito checked over near the bed. Natsumi looked under the desk and then went to the closest. Taking a deep breath she gently turned the knob and opened the door.

When Natsumi opened the door a large animal leaped out onto Natsumi’s head. Screaming slightly Natsumi grabbed it by the back of the neck and through it across the room. Saito barked happily and leaped up and grabbed the raccoon by the neck and pinned it to the ground. The raccoon let out a high pitch screech and was trying its best to escape. Taking several deep breathings Natsumi adjusted her hair back to how it was before the raccoon latched onto it. Natsumi didn’t expect it to pounce out like that at her. Natsumi reached into her pouch and pulled out a tranquilizer that she had gotten from a medical ninja before she had left for the mission. Walking over to Saito she knelt beside the creature and pushed its fur back on its neck before sticking the needle into its neck and pushing in the medication that would put it to sleep. It took a few moments but ti kicked in eventually and the small black eyed creature fell asleep.

”That was easy wasn’t it,” smiled Natsumi as she put the tranculizer back into her pocker and pulled out a scroll which she snapped open which released a cage to put the creature in. Rolling the scroll back up she placed it back into her pouch. Saito let go of the raccoon and watched Natsumi slide the sleeping raccoon into the cage. Smiling to herself Natsumi pushed herself to her feet and the two headed out of the house. The two had been entrusted to take the little critter outside the village and release it into the forest that surrounded the village. It took a good twenty minutes to get outside the village and far enough from the gate to release the creature. The raccoon was waking up when they finally arrived at the destination. Placing the cage down Natsumi slowly opened the door and back off and up behind a tree. Watching for a few minutes the raccoon groggily walked out of the cage and out into the wilderness. ”Mission completed. Let’s go and return the cage and give in our report Saito,” smiled Natsumi as she walked over to the cage and picked it up. The two then headed back into the village and to the missions office.
