Physical Description:

First and foremost the blade is a dark grey color, with almost a sheen that appears to be purple from different angles. From the tip of the sword is actually a mouth that isn't actually noticeable until a fair bit of chakra has been consumed. When bandages are off and Samehada can be seen fully in it's normal un-engorged form, it appeares to be a somewhat circular blade with thin streamlined downward facing scales that go all the way down to the hilt- to which is a small skull.

When Samehada begins to absorb chakra, it can choose to become bigger but usually always does- the scales become more pronounced and larger, a mouth can open up to reveal and even be used to chomp on people. and it seems to grow outward- even more deadly. The hilt of the blade is matted and yellow- but if the hilt stretches like Samehada is capable, the color of yellow becomes lighter and lighter like a gradient scale. The scales on the sword are still incredibly sharp despite it's smooth looking sheen- while a sword not used for directly stabbing, one would definitely get some protruding holes if to take a blunt strike to the sword.

Samehada is capable of movement like a worm, so even if detached from it's owner can make it's way back to them.

Object's Capabilities:

First and foremost to be known, this sword isn't really much of a sword- it inflicts it's injuries through shredding and shaving, unlike the conventional cutting- though it can still be used as such. This weapon is Sentient and has it's own personality as a sense. It gorges on chakra from the user as nourishment much like how it is the same with Aburame and Kikaichū.

However, this can be used more offensively- Samehada can eat the chakra of other objects, people and jutsu- irregardless of it being transformed or not. This allows Samehada to literally slice through techniques. Samehada can grow larger the more chakra it gorges on- growing larger scales and grows larger teeth on the end of the blade.

Another useful ability of the blade is that it is capable of elongating at the hilt and bend lacking any kind of joint allowing free manipulative movement to be used like a fail, if required. Another ability of Samehada is to act as a quasi-sensor, being capable of sensing large amounts of chakra easily and passing this information on to Fuku.

But the most intriguing ability about Samehada is it's fusion ability. Samehada can partially, or completely fuse with it's user. If partially, it literally becomes a part of the user and therefore an extension of their own arm. Added onto this, it can sense if the user is in a Genjutsu and dispel it for them, heal the user mildly and replenish their chakra supplies mildly. If the user fully merges with Samehada, they will gain more shark-like abilities like it's name is given, go grey but the transformation is different to each person. The user will gain all of Samehada's unique abilities at this point as well.

Unfortunately, Samehada will only bend to the will of the user if they have large chakra supplies, or loves the taste of their chakra- if these conditions aren't met then anyone who tries to pick up Samehada could possibly be caught by protruding spikes or being bit by the sword.
