The Tamayori Kekkei Genkei known as the Tsuki Henkan is a rare ability that only shows itself in the females born of the clan, however since females born of this clan are so rare the technique is hardly known about and its users are never forced into battle and made to use such ability. The Tsuki Henkan in the plainest terms is the transformation of the body in which a human/animal hybrid is combined to create a beast. This beast has always been assumed to be more Dragon like since no creatures in existence have compared to the transformation. Within transformation the user is able to turn the body into scales which as like amour, as their abilities grow so does the amount of transformation they can perform. Scales are the most basic followed by bone spikes from the elbows and claws for hands, once one had reached A and S levels they are able to grow wings and are able to fly.

HISTORICAL BACKGROUND
The Tamayori clan hail from the land of Moon to which they were original priestess which guarded a temple they believed held magic. The magic however was in fact the remains of a long since failed experiment that had slowly begun to effect the bodies of the priestesses bodies. It wasn’t noticed at first until there children began to produce only male heirs, which held great concern as no new priestess were being born to take over. when a female heir had finally been born great joy fell upon the shrine and its small family. It was not until the child was grown that the abilities which she possessed became noted, from their the male births had begun to rise once more and like before. the birth of a female was so rare in fact that the now mostly male shrine had only a few priestess left and when it came time for the head priestess to be replaced the female to which took her place had proposed an idea, as their shrine could no longer be protected by its maidens she declared it as a sign from their moon god that only those special enough to be born a female had been given powers. because of this she gave them notion that no longer should they be of a shrine but of a clan built around the protection of their goddesses or as she had name them Tamayori princesses.
as such they would be treated like princesses until they were able to use their powers and in time would be future leaders of the clan as they possessed great power. The head priestess had placed herself as leader and the shrine follower and the caretakers who by now were all born of the original shrine maidens. they had become made up of family, though they were forced to seek women from other clans in order to produce more heirs. The five shrine maiden’s families were then made into so called branches of the family and as it stood it mattered not what branch the family was of as a girl could have been born from any of them. And when the head of the clan found that the land of Moon possessed no more women from which she thought could perhaps bore female they moved and when they found a place to call home it happened upon kumogakure.
they built up a grand living place making the head of the clans home to look as though it were that of the shrine they had left behind. Those females born into the clan were made to live with the current leader so that they could be taught how t use their powers and to learn to lead the clan as well as one if not all of them would one day lead the clan themselves. The move to the new land brought new things to the clan and it was with this that the males of the clan learned of jutsu and the academy which taught those with some talent to fight the leaders main husband decided that learning jutsu was a great way for them to protect their princesses. By the time the next new princess had been born the majority of the clan were ninja of kumo those who were not had found other ways to support the clan most found jobs while a select few had become care takers of the Tamayori princesses.
The current main branch stem from Hitori who was the first shrine maiden and the first head of the shrine, after came Suki , Naomi , Yuki and lastly Setsuna. As it stands now the current total of females stands with only four remaining females of the clan, this is not counting the females who chose to marry into the clan. Setsuna who was named after her branch’s mother has reached the age in which she will be stepping down, taking her place a Jonin from the Third branch. Next in line stands a Chunin from the second branch and lastly a genin from the forth branch, all already have chosen betrothed though the third branches wedding has already been set with a date.
