Description:

The user focuses chakra on their hands and prepares a sphere of isolated oxygen [though they may be negligible presence of inert gases present] and inserts it into the body of a person through an opening [either created or can even be a wound]. The sphere enclosed in chakra then divides into multiple tiny spheres to make it easy to travel through the blood [All the globules move in the same direction and at the same pace] making contact with any Obligate Anaerobe bacteria. When doing so, the outer chakra layer destroys the toxin coating over the bacteria allowing the oxygen to react and kill the infection. The sphere travels throughout the body before dissipating. The user must maintain constant control over the globule in order to keep the chakra coat intact. If the coating does break, the person can show symptoms of Oxygen Toxicity such as disorientation, breathing problems, and vision changes such as myopia. Prolonged exposure can cause oxidative damage to cell membranes, the collapse of the alveoli in the lungs, retinal detachment, seizures and even death.

Description:

After performing four handsigns - The user concentrates Raiton natured chakra from the abdomen onward and then channeled through the right arm. The user extends their right arm with their middle and index finder. The user then shoots out a bolt of concentrated lightning at the target for 4-5 seconds. While this technique's execution is slow due to time taken to build the chakra [- the strike however is difficult to evade. While this can pierce through stone and cut deep through earth - its full potential can be released when the victim is immobilized. The user may also time a kunai into the bolt to increase its lethality, though if interrupted or timed incorrectly, it can burn the user itself.

Once hit, the bolt can cause massive muscle contraction and perhaps even cause temporary paralysis. The effects of the bolt can be felt as tingling sensation in the victim's body even after being struck by the bolt. The intensity of the bolt depends on the target - if the target's body resistance is higher, it would just cause contractions. However if the target is exposed to liquid , their resistance drops quite a bit allowing a painful electrocution. Burns can also occur if the resistivity falls. Any open wounds are cauterized by the the bolt. Point blank range can pierce through the flesh of the victim through and through. Range: 120 meters. The sensation of numbness remains for two posts.

This is a tough one. Even a tiny bit of oxygen in the bloodstream (veins, arteries, etc.) is lethal to humans, and you're shoving an entire glob of it into someone. Even if it is coated in chakra. Hmmm, ok. Well, for this to be plausible put at least B-rank chakra control AND B-rank Iryo-ninjutsu as prerequisites. CC because if you break the coating around the oxygen the air will expand in the body and cause all sorts of lethal issues, and the person will die, almost instantly. This also needs to be something exclusive to Iryo-nin as only a person that is trained in the human body can pull something like this off. Also, the person using this technique needs to be controlling the sphere at all times, otherwise it'll just sit wherever they placed it.

You need to put a time limit on how long someone would be paralyzed/experience numbness if hit with this technique (1 post, 2... etc.)
