Description:

A technique made useable by the Black Lightning ability, Ronri will first gather lightning in his hand that takes the form of a medium sized eagle. He then extends his arms and shoots the bird toward the opponent. As it is still connected to his arm via a line of chakra he is able to control the direction of the attack in a fifteen meter radius.

After forming the needed hand seals, Ronri will generate a large panther made of black Raiton, which will leap from his body to attack a nearby group of foes. When it impacts, the panther will disperse into numerous electrocuting arcs of lightning. The range for the initial attack is roughly 20 meters, while the range of the post impact arcs is fifteen meters. The lightning arcs out in a spherical pattern around the point of impact

Description:

Ronri's greatest technique only made possibly by his use of Black Lightning. Similar to the Kuro Pansa technique, he will shroud his body in black lightning and from there a number of beast like creatures will emerge. They number no more than three and are larger than the beast made from kuro pansa. They will all arc out in different directions and converge towards the opponent(s). Upon contact with any surface they will all explode into large arcs of lightning that cover a 25 meter radius.

Description:

A technique made useable by the Black Lightning ability. Ronri will gather lightning in an extremity and use it to attack the opponent physically. An elongated strike (5 second minimum) can cause numbness to the afflicted area and even longer exposure can cause temporary paralysis. Ronri can use this technique on multiple limbs at a time, but never exceeding two at once. Numbness lasts for one post after contact, paralysis lasts for 3 posts.

Description:

A technique made useable by the Black Lightning ability. Gathering chakra in the tips of his index fingers Ronri then makes a gun shape with his index finger and thumb and points it at the opponent. By bringing down his thumb a small, very fast "bullet" of black lightning will shoot out. Given the speed and small size they have a higher chance to pierce and if hit enough can cause numbness and paralysis. Considering how small the chakra usage is, Ronri can utilize both hands at the same time for this technique as well as shoot out multiple shots in very quick succession. 3 bullets hit = 1 post paralysis, 4+ = 2 posts paralysis.

Aight:

[1] | To start off, all these techniques need a speed at which it travels. Generally speaking.

[2] | For all the explosive arc techniques, you need descriptive speed of how it travels. An example of this would be: "Shooting Speed: 3x Kunai. Explosion Speed: 4x Kunai." If they possess the same speed, both shooting and explosion, then you don't need to add an explosion speed.

[3] | For Black Panter, you need distance for this. The distance of the numerous electric arcs that occur, like diameter[if it's a circle-like] and whatnot. Just a general distance the arcs cover, so that others can determine the extent of its abilities.

[4] | Black Bullet should have higher speed of launch, it is a condensed raiton technique, at least Kunai x 6 / 5.

[5] | Please remove the unncessary spaces between the "Type" - "Elemental Nature" - "Speed of Technique" - and "description" in these techniques.

[6] | These techniques differentiate in power, and so, i'll have to ask you to put a post gauging of possible paralysis and numbness. Such as, paralysis will last one post after hitting, so it'll carry on to hitting post, and the next before disappearing. An accurate gauge of the paralysis lasting effect.
