Description:Can only be used in Sage Mode, and thus, allowed for A-Rank Summons. This requires to sensation of touch to establish, however, it takes a massive amount of time to gather the needed amount of chakra to effect the sensory perception of feel through the wind. After gathering senjutsu chakra [Five Posts], the bird shall take to the skies, begin to rapidly spinit's wings releasing large amount of gust that travel for in omni-directional pattern for 200 feet in distance with a 10 feet below him safety zone. Anything caught by the sensation of wind outside of the safety zone will immediately feel a shock down their spine, and then transition into an outside state of mind. The Genjutsu separates the mind from the body, albeit not literally, simply puts the mind in a state of independence from the body, shutting down all possible functions controlling the body while keeping the mind vividly attuned to the body by allowing it an omniscience state where it sees everything from their body laying on the ground, basically turning them into a wandering phantom until released or death.
This technique was developed for others to purposely see their deaths or reform, as a form for last torture, however, due to its function, there is a way to escape. By exhibiting an intense sense of regret, this regret must be so strong that it re-establishes the link one possesses with the body. Those willing to die on the battle field usually don't expect this tense sense of regret, or prepared to die at any moment, which is why it's an effective method of reform or elimination amongst the hawks. Another way to possess S-Rank Chakra Control and forcefully break the illusion with sheer control of ones inner force, thereby re-establishing the link.

Description:This technique is where one literally turns their body into a living bullet. It takes immense amount of control to properly use. By coating their entire body in wind, the hawk shall fold in their winds, control the wind to forcefully produce a rapid spiraling spin, and shoot themselves towards a target with the intention of piercing through their target with their spinning beaks. Their maneuvering capabilities allow them to pick-up themselves if going diagonal to avoid an collision with the ground, and due to this controlling of the wind to shift movements, this has also caused the hawks to be hard to avoid in specific circumstances. The larger the hawk, the greater the force and piercing power.
