Morning came, Shindama slept but... his excitement kept him from having a sound sleep. Not even the comfort of his bed and house could keep him comfortable. Today was the start of his training, in order to grow he would need to be more serious. So, the Genin set up his own training program to help push his ability. He felt as if he was falling behind compared to other Genin. He tended to goof around a lot and not take things seriously. His ego doing the talking while his skill came second. He woke up incredibly early, in hopes of changing that. Getting up he immediately began preparing ramen to eat. As that prepared itself he went to get dress, starting with his pants, and then getting to his green Senju crested shirt. Then finally he put his headband on tight.
With the successful completion of his ramen he ran over to prepare eating. It took him only a few minutes to scoff it all down; glutton. After finishing he put his sandals on and looked over to the things he prepared last night. Bandages, and his bamboo fishing rod. The boy immediately smiled and ran over to grab it. Taking his things he made his way out of the house, the sun was barely even up yet. It would be a long unforgiving day for Shindama. He walked through the village, off to the Third Training Ground, where him and his team first met.
There is was, Konohagakure's famed “Third Training Ground,” one could hear the river coursing through. The sound of trees ruffling in a fire country morning breeze. It was a beautiful sight, especially the three wood pillars sticking out of the ground. These three pillars carry the memories of Genin that came before Shindama. He walked over to the three pillars putting his hand on one with a smile. He had never been so proud to be from Konohagakure no Sato, his village, his home, his family. In his head ran all the faces of made up Genin who trained here. He was excited to get to share the same experiences as they dd.
He then looked over to a large sum of trees, his hand slipping off the post. As he walked over towards it the sound of the river got louder. Pushing his way through bushes he made it to the other side. The river sounded so powerful, he was envious of it's power. Shindama squatted over putting his hands down in to feel the cooling comfort of the water. The boy almost squealed in excitement, but that quickly turned to a “woo!” yelling in anticipation. A large tree accompanied the river a small gap between the two where Shin put his stuff. He loved being outside, in nature, this was the most natural environment for him to be in. He could never explain why, it just had been his entire life. So training here was only natural for him, one of the best ways for him to progress.
There he was, finally in his place of training, it was time for him to begin...

Today would be the first today of intense training for Shindama, to start it off he was emptying his tank. Covering a rock in a warm, wet, fluid that leaked from his body. Instantly, making the rock wet on one side. Shindama just had a big, white, dumb smile on his face as he wiggled his hips a few times. After finishing he repositioned his black, shinobi knee low pants back on his body. It was a gorgeous day, one Shindama would not waste enjoying. The training had to begin, and the only time to start would be now. The Senju started simple, as to not just jump right into the action. It would be a warm up exercise, but also a way to push his body, get his heart racing. First would be squats, then sit ups, then push ups. A simple workout for a shinobi, but it was effective.
Shindama started on his squats right away... One squat, bending his legs and swinging his arms as he squatted and came back up. Two squats, he did it again. Three squats, the process continued as the day just started. Four squats... five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten. A few birds chirped over-head, Shindama's number of squats only raising. He was officially at thirty-squats. His legs beginning to tense and heat up. It was the feeling of a work out taking place. It continued: forty-squats, forty one, his legs still feeling pressure. Forty two squats, he looked up at the sky and trees above. Forty three squats, it was tiring but he knew it would help. Forty four squats, the pain was worth it. Forty five squats, it would pay off in the end. Forty six squats, Shindama showed no sign of stopping. Forty seven squats, the Senju seemed to be still doing fine. Forty eight squats, he was the lame as he was the last forty-seven squats. Time kept going by, Shindama was burning away time as he worked out his body. When he finally came to a stop the amount of squats he had done was counting at one-hundred and fifty.

Shindama had finished his session of doing squats. It was now time to move on to sit ups. He got onto the ground and began his sit ups. One rep, two rep, three rep, four. It was repetitive, but it got the job done. Another rep, then another, thus continuing the same process with squats. Only this time he was not squatting but crunching. Just working his core now, to keep himself in perfect shape. This training he was undergoing now was most basically taijutsu, which just so happened to be one of Shin's strong suits.
He continued doing his reps, a this point was up to twenty-five, then twenty-six, twenty-seven, twenty-eight, twenty-nine, thirty... He would not stop until he reached in the hundreds. The Genin began to feel the workout, in his stomach, and still in his legs from the squats earlier. Fifty: fifty-one, fifty-two, fifty-three, fifty-four, fifty-five, fifty-six, fifty-seven, fifty-eight, fifty-nine, sixty. Shindama's reps just kept getting higher, he finally broke a single sweat.
Eighty, eighty-one, eighty-two, eighty-three, eighty-four, eighty-five, eighty-six, eighty-seven, eighty-eight, eighty-nine, ninety... ninety-one, ninety-two, ninety-three, ninety-four, ninety-five, ninety-six, ninety-seven, ninety-eight, ninety-nine, one-hundred. Shindama did not stop there, he kept going until he hit the magic number of one-hundred and fifty. Once there it was time to start on his other work outs.
These went by rather quickly, working his arms which was his strongest component. He used his arms for a great number of things so it was only natural. Quickly he reached a hundred and fifty push-ups and finished the other work outs. Time flew by, but not enough time... the day was still young and there was almost too much time to spare. While he was starting to feel like he wanted to take a break he would not let himself. This was all important to his training, not only to create body strength but also raise endurance. To endure long bouts with other people, this would all help with just that.

Shindama rubbed some dirt from his cheek. It accumulated there from the push-ups he had done. After cleaning his cheek it was time to continue on wit his training. "Grawlgrrr," his stomach began to growl. He was hungry already, he had barely even started. Luckily, Shindama had brought his handy dandy fishing rod. This was one of Shindama's favorite pass times, fishing. It could also be seen as a good exorcise for patience. Being able to fish and gather your own food was also another great thing to have. It was only a coincidence that it was something he loved doing. Without anymore delay he began to prepare his rod, grabbing a worm from the ground and hooking it onto the end of the hook connected to a wire. He held the rod then swung it out, the wire, hook, and worm landing in the river. It flowed softly down until it was at a nice level. Stabbing the rod into the ground to let it rest he grabbed two sticks and began prepping a fire. This was not his first time cooking a meal for himself, he grew up alone after all.
Actually though, Shindama's father was the one that taught him to survive. His dad, Senju Yuudai, was a big inspiration to him. While the time they spent together was short he would never forget his parents. Shindama was a boy that never cried, even when his parents died he did not cry. Beyond all his ignorance he seemed to understand the life of a ninja more then most. His parents died for the sake of their village, he acknowledged that. So whenever he wanted to cry because he remembered the times he spent with them; he would just smile, and keep his head held high. For if he cried because they died, then he thought he would only make them sad, and he never wanted them to feel guilty for leaving him. Maybe that was just Shindama being weird, but that was what he truly believed. Especially when he thought about them, it only drove him to want to train harder.
Instantly, a fire was made, but it was small, as to not burn down the village. After the fire began to burn for a good minute, the fishing rod began to tug. He got something; quickly he picked the rod up tugging on it to grab his loot. The fish fought back but Shindama would not be beat, he tugged harder until the fish popped out of the water with the hook in its mouth. He quickly grabbed the fish and took out a kunai, stabbing it to kill it quickly and painlessly. Shindama smiled and grabbed another stick putting it through the fish, he did this so he could begin roasting it over the open fire. Which he did, it took a long while for the Fish to cook. Although in the end it began to roast very nicely, Shindama looked up and smiled big at that point. "Thanks dad," he said as if talking to his deceased father. Sometimes Shin knew no one could hear him, but it oddly made him feel better when he pretended that someone could.
Once the fish was completely cooked he took it and began chewing on the sides, eating it as it was. Such lovely table manners he had, it was a good thing he was outside. After eating his meal for awhile it was time to get back to training. Shindama stood up and patted his belly, feeling full and energized. It was time for the shuriken, bukjutsu, and ninjutsu training to commence. This was the fun part for Shindama. Getting to work on his favorite aspects of Shinobi life.

Shindama prepared for the next training, he placed his fingers together In a cross and began releasing chakra into his hands. In dong so he would mold it into a technique, creating two clones of himself. They were perfect in every way, shape, and form. Ninjutsu came easy to Shindama, it always had. This time was no different from all the others. He dispersed the clones, sighing as he did so. The boy seemingly uninterested in these childish techniques that he had known for awhile now. They were simplistic and easy to do, Shindama had mastered them. Although there were some areas that he could work on that he could use his other ninjutsu with. First, would be his shurikenjutsu. Shindama was not that good at aiming, therefor not best when it came to throwing weapons. Maybe he could use his clones as moving targets to throw shuriken and kunai at though. Genius; Shindama stretched out a bit and put his hands together once again creating two perfect clones.
The clones ran out infront of Shindama, as he jumped against the tree, kicking off of it to spin and throw two shuriken. At the clones as they ran, he hit one but missed the second one. It was time to go again, Shindama landed and created the same hand seals. Two clones formed and they ran out this time in different directions, he took out two kunai and tossed them at both, one left and one right. He missed though, he sighed, this would take awhile.
