Technique Name: Kaze Sanpo | Wind Walk Technique's Label: Clan Technique Prerequisites: Chakra Control : B-Rank Rank: D-Rank Speed of Technique: N/A Elemental Nature Fūton Chakra Consumption: Medium. Description: A rather basic technique that can even be learnt outside the clan, however would need good control over chakra within their body. The user leaps in the air and on reaching the peak on his jump channels their chakra from the abdomen to their feet. This channelling must be done fast enough that when the chakra reaches the feet, it gives them a sudden boost to establish a quick leap, run, or climb that goes at +[1] Shunshin[Physical Speed]. This technique is usually used multiple times usually to climb unreachable areas. If the user can control their chakra speed well enough, they can also use it to dodge a multitude of attacks. This technique can not be maintained for longer than one thread.
Technique Name: Doku geijutsu no kaze | Poison Art Winds Technique's Label: Clan Technique Prerequisites: None Rank: D-Rank Speed of Technique: 2x Kunai Speed. Elemental Nature Fūton Chakra Consumption: Medium. Description: The user claps his/her hands together to unleash a gale of wind. The wind is released with a bit of Soyo poison. Being a Tozuka specialty, the wind feels like a cool breeze to the opponent, the gust goes up to 20 meters in distance and is 3 meters diameter in a linear direction of the users hands. However within minutes, the Grade 1 poison takes effect creating a burning sensation on the victims body and eyes. This effects takes effect from the 2nd post of the user and lasts up until tended to or by pouring cool water over the body.
Technique Name: Dokuya no kaze | Poison Dart Winds Technique's Label: Clan Technique Prerequisites: None Rank: C-Rank Speed of Technique: 3x Kunai Elemental Nature Fūton Chakra Consumption: Low. Description: The user smears Soyo Poison on a number of Senbon or other throw-able weapons. The user then creates a gust of wind directed towards the victim to up to 40meters. The Senbon are then sent along the gust increasing its speed to 3x Kunai. While this attack isn't very difficult to dodge, if hit - the Soyo Poison [Grade 2] is released into the third layer of skin. The Soyo then stiffens in the skin causing a good amount of damage leaving the target almost immobilized due to pain. The effects of the poison last for about 5-8[ 3 posts] minutes. The Poison can be extracted using normal Poison removal techniques.
Technique Name: Usagi no jinsoku | Hare's dance of swiftness Technique's Label: Tozuka Clan Technique Prerequisites: Kekkei Genkai: C | Chakra Control: C Rank: C-Rank Speed of Technique: N/A Elemental Nature Fūton Chakra Consumption: Medium - Activation. Low - Constant. Description: The Tozuka signature Technique. This technique uses quite a small amount of chakra yet is effective due to the clan's nimbleness and speed. By channeling a bit of chakra to the feet, the user creates a thin layer of chakra below their feet which allows them to run at a higher speed and pace than normal. The user runs with rather fancy footwork as to make little to no noise keeping wind blowing against them in mind.The user can keep this up until he runs out of chakra/stamina or until they're run is hindered. Shunshin[Speed] is increased by one point during the activation of this technique.
Technique Name: Doku seshoku shi | Poison Contact Death Technique's Label: Clan Technique Prerequisites: None Rank: A-Rank Speed of Technique: n/a Elemental Nature Fūton Chakra Consumption: Large. Description: The user releases the Poison from his palms onto the victim's body through direct contact. The direct contact without oxidation taking place makes the substance quite lethal as the poison [Grade 5] seeps through the skin and opens up the flesh. When the poison reaches the blood, it travels up to the heart were it blocks the artery causing cardiac arrest. While this is quite a deadly technique, the time required for the process to be complete is about 20-30 posts allowing ample time for medical care.

Something like this would require quite a bit of chakra conrol, which you don't have listed as a pre-req, please add that. Also, this would be above D-rank since it has all those uses (mostly the quick succession one)

Ew. You took out the blockquotes... Can you put them back in? >_> Also, add technique speeds correctly. 4x What? 6x What? We use Kunai up to x9 and then TBB Speed (which equals 10x Kunai Speed). I know you meant kunai speed but it should be clarified nevertheless.
Kaze Sanpo | Wind Walk - If it can be learnt outside the clan, its label should not be "Clan". Add B-Rank Chakra Control prerequisite. Also, remove the bit about it being used to cross water, which is already done by "Walking on Water" (attained automatically at B-Rank Chakra Control).

Doku seshoku shi | Poison Contact Death - Onto the victim's boy? What boy? xD I smell a typo. Seriously, though, this isn't a B-Rank. Bump it up to A-Rank. Increase the time for the process to complete to 20-30 mins. It's still not ample time for medical care if you have to finish a battle and travel to the nearest place with medical care but it'll give a slightly better chance of survival than about 5 minutes... >_> In addition, could you explain what the speed for this technique actually means? It's a direct contact jutsu, is it not? So what's the speed for? (Also, regardless of what it is, it's probably too high for something that deadly at that rank...)
