Description:

Following the formation of several handseals, this jutsu is induced by the user imitating the sound of a bird (of any kind). A single target who hears this is affected by the Genjutsu (aside from the user himself). The illusion causes a great thirst in the target, making their mouth and throat feel so dry that they find it almost impossible to whisper, let alone talk. They feel as if the air is that of a desert and they have not had a drink for days. When they try to drink, the liquid feels like it is turning to dust in their mouth and the thirst worsens until they feel they are at the brink of death. However, there is no relief as they do not even pass out from this; the genjutsu continues until the user cancels it, the target feels the shock of an intense - and real - pain, uses Genjutsu Kai or their chakra is disturbed by an outside force. Often used for torture or incapacitating a lone guard, this jutsu is a useful addition to a genjutsu user's arsenal.

How exactly is a simple whistle enough to disturb multiple people's chakra to the point where they would be in an illusion? No handseals, no chakra molding, just... a whistle.
