Link & Name of Teacher: Hyuuga Hiatari Rank of Teacher: A Link & Name of Student: Rank to Student: Technique Attempted to be Taught: Suiton Affinity Unlocked Link to Training Thread: This thread?
Extra Comments: Maybe this will help Hiatari see a more serious Shindama as well.
Shindama... a boy so cocky and ambitious. Although lately, he has been feeling rather depressed. He felt like he was falling behind in his Shinobi work. More talking then actually doing, to become stronger was his goal. The young ninja would have to swallow his pride and ask for help. From none other then his sensei: Hyuuga Hiatari.
Previously: A couple days ago Shindama overheard a group of Chuunin talking about their elemental affinity. From there on Shindama knew that is what eh needed to do to become stronger. Get his elemental affinity so he could finally learn some jutsu.
Outside the Hyuuga estate, more importantly, outside Hiatari's bedroom window. Was Shindama, getting on his hands and knees (Imagine all asian style like in old samurai movies). Then, at the top of the boys lungs he yelled out, nearly awakening the entire estate. "Sensei! teach me to be stronger! I wanna learn more ninjutsu!" he said, a few servant looked out. The boy repeated again, on this early morning. There was a chance he was waking up all the Hyuuga in Konohagakure. "Sensei! Teach be my affinity! I wanna be stronger so I can protect Akemi and beat Yasuhiro!" he got louder. The boy was ambitious, and would stop at nothing to achieve his goals.

Hiatari had been up since dawn, first practising his calligraphy, then having his breakfast - for once, with his family - and then, following a 'disagreement' at the breakfast table, leaving the main estate and practising his chakra control. The man was beginning to get impatient with his life. The genin in the team he was supposed to be tutoring were useless; they never took the initiative and asked him for help and if they were ever to progress he'd have to walk them every step of the way... Hiatari sighed; he was tempted to tell the Hokage that it was a mistake to request his assistance in training the three kids. He wasn't cut out for this, not in the least.
Heading back to the estate, he rounded a corner and entered the main courtyard. There he saw the most horrifying sight he'd seen since his Hakkeshō Hitō (Eight Trigrams Single Palm) had hit that Nukenin in the nether regions and, well, the man was a criminal and a rapist. It seemed appropriate that he had become a eunuch. Albeit a dead one.
Senju Shindama, his most irritating an obnoxious student, was crouched by his bedroom window. Hiatari opened his mouth to call out to the boy but, before he could, the kid's quite impossibly loud voice rang out through the estate;
"Sensei! teach me to be stronger! I wanna learn more ninjutsu!"
Oh, shit.
"Sensei! Teach be my affinity! I wanna be stronger so I can protect Akemi and beat Yasuhiro!"
Half glad that almost the entirety of the Hyūga Clan were early risers, so the idiotic child could not have woken them up, and half horrified, since they would all likely know exactly which of their members had caused this disturbance - Hiatari was currently the only Jōnin Sensei in the clan with students young and stupid enough to do something like this. Hiatari's mind was in such a state of shock and duality that he did not even hear precisely what Shin was asking him to do.
Before the Senju boy could let out another word, Hiatari had flickered over to him, placed one leg in front of the kid's, one hand on the back of his head and had pushed in both directions. In theory, the idiotic child's face would go straight into the grass, his legs into the air, where Hiatari would catch one and hold it up, suspending him in mid-air.
"What are you doing, Shindama?"

A face full of grass, is what his pleads were answered with. That did not last long though, as he was elevated in the air by his sensei. His dark brown hair hung all over the place, and his shirt fell off his stomach. Shindama rubbed his face off, hearing what Hyuuga Hiatari had asked him but did not answer yet. The boy was busy removing grass from his mouth and nose. After blinking a few times, his face still kinda dirty, he clasped his hands together. It looked funny upside down but it was still the same as begging upright. He brought his hands closer to his face, tucking his head closer to his chest. The boys pleading hands nearly touching his forehead. "Please, teach me ninjutsu!" he was still loud, though this time he was not yelling. "I wanna be stronger, I wanna learn ninjutsu!" he was like a broken record.
After a second passed, he opened up one eye, his hands still close to his face, awaiting an answer. A fain whisper escaping his lips, "Please...." Shindama never asked for much. So when he begged it was a sign that he truly wanted something, an would be dedicated. There was no telling how cocky he would act about it all, but he was still dedicated. He wanted this so bad, and would do anything for it.

Initiative? From one of his genin? Surely this was some kind of joke. Hiatari thought they were all layabouts... Shin most of all! Yet there he stood - well, dangled - begging to be taught ninjutsu.
Hiatari sighed. Perhaps the boy would come to something one day, after all... Though quite what he would come to, the young Hyūga was not entirely sure.
"Ninjutsu, eh?"
Hiatari's arm flicked back, releasing the boy's leg as he did so. The young Senju would flip round, being caught again by his sensei's hand at the scruff of his shirt, just behind his neck. At least, that was what Hiatari intended. If Shin decided to to something stupid in mid-air, however - which would certainly not be out of the question for a boy somewhat lacking in brainpower - there was no telling what would happen.
"Well then. Follow me."
With that, Hiatari walked around the side of the building adjacent to them and in through the front door. Through a grand entranceway and an almost unnoticeable side door, coming at last to a door that was perhaps most familiar to Hiatari. A plain wooden sliding door that led to his bedroom.
Without turning - he assumed Shindama, if he were truly intent on learning ninjutsu, would be hot on the Jōnin's heels - he spoke once more, "Wait here."
Opening the door and sliding it half-closed behind him, Hiatari made his way to his desk, opening a drawer and pulling out a single piece of square paper, roughly the size of his palm. He looked at it for a moment before a light smile played across his face.
This training would be exactly what Shindama desired. His conviction to his cause seemed true, though unprecendented, and it would have to be for this to work...

Shindama still held his fists, in a praying manner, hoping his sensei would answer his plead. When Hiatari spoke, merely repeating ninjutsu Shin just nodded his head, eyes still shut. He yelped slightly as he was forced upside down, damn... Sensei had swag; caught by the shirt perfectly. He still kept his eyes kinda shut, his face still kind of dirty. It was then he felt the grip on his shirt release and he was taken by gravity a bit. Shindama almost tripped but managed to keep his balance. Suddenly, excitement overran him as he was told to follow.
Walking, he could of been hugging Hiatari, that is how close he was. When the Jounin (Juunin) stopped to open the door Shindama managed to bump into him. Quickly, he took a few steps back, giving the Hyuuga some space. While told to wait, he grew inpatient, the door was still slightly opened. Shindama leaned in to see what he was doing. Invasion of privacy, another thing Shindama was infamous for, boundaries did not exist for the boy. When he stuck his head in he saw Hiatari holding paper. "Sensei, this ain't the time to be working on your kanji, I need to train!" he said, not knowing what the paper was for. His voice even rang with a tone of disappointment. "Shouldn't we be finding something for me to hit, or teaching me an awesome new jutsu!" he said, if only it was that simple. Most of his training before now had been training of the body, so it was only natural he would assume so.
