What are you trying to achieve: Increasing Kuro's Chakra Control by 1 Tier

Trial's Description:
Youkai is attempting to help the young Hozuki known as Kuro improve himself in a field he has no troubles in. Finely tuned Chakra Control is a must for all Shinobi and he understands that and despite his current situation knows that to help one is to help them all, and if he can manage to help one Shinobi. He might be able to make him understand his true intents.
