Mission Description: There is a bandit lord, or a leader of a group of bandits that is causing alot of problems in the area around Kiri, mostly causing problems on major trade routes and being a general pain, but they apparently are strong enough to require a Jonin to handle them, but that is most likely just due to sheer numbers.
