The user from a position of the same height, or from a height advantage, uses the body flicker technique to appear above them with their sword, preferably two-handed, raised. As quick as the user physically can he brings the sword down allowing gravity to aid in it's descent. With the right amount of strength this technique has been known to cleave an opponent in two.

The user runs at their opponent and suddenly plants their sword into the ground using it to lift them sideways to provide sudden speed, acceleration and height for a high scissor kick. The longer the shaft of the blade the higher the range of this technique. Heavier users may break especially thin blades.

Description:

The user simultaneously throws a kunai in one direction as he throws another kunai the other direction with his other hand distracting the victim as he doesn't know where to look. The user than dashes forward ramming their sword into the target hoping the kunais would have the victim looking anywhere but down at his own chest.

Sorry for the wait:

[1] | Your first technique is a Kenjutsu, not Bukijutsu. Also, "The user from a position of the same height or from a height advantage uses the body flicker technique to appear above them sword," - fix that syntax error.

[2] | Second Tech: Kenjutsu, not bukijutsu.

[3] | Third Tech: I don't believe shuriken's have the capability to properly have an exploding tag on them, or anything. It'll modify the weight, aim, the tag would be spinning and completely be swayed by the wind making it unpredictable. Unlike the Kunai which is straight forward and isn't affected by a paper attached to it, a shuriken most likely will be affected making it highly inadvisable for any shinobi.

[4] | Fourth Tech: Fix the "Kunia" mispelling in the Speed of Technique. And it's just Shurikenjutsu, not Bukijutsu.

[5] | Fifth Tech: This can be done without a technique if you're fast enough, and your opponent isn't cautious in their approach. It all depends on the character, and so, would not like it to be a technique. Remove.
