Description of Plot: Ronri is entering the second year as leader of Kumogakure, but has yet to get a chance to explore the village as a leader. Though he has known nothing but Kumo his entire life, he would like to experience it from the eyes of a different perspective. There is also a second reason to the madness. He wants to survey the village to see what areas are in most need, find weaknesses, strong points, etc. This will aid the Kage greatly in figuring out how to move forward when it comes to making decisions that affect the village. It will also give him an opportunity to mingle with those that he leads.
