Description:

A diamond seal placed on Chie's upper thigh. The formula was specifically made in-order to break out of fear inducing genjutsu. This seal stays dormant and remains on the body without requirement to be activated with a handseal. When then body experiences a sudden effect of fear, panic and helplessness - the seal activates , immediately disrupting the flow of chakra in the body for quarter of a minute. The level of panic that must be archived by the body in order to activate it , is when the heart rate drastically increases along with the body glucose and blood pressure. However, since this technique can activate anytime when such a heightened fear is induced, it can be play the downfall of a shinobi as well. The user isn't able to user techniques requiring chakra for a short period of time [1 post] after activation of said seal [this is not the post that it activates but in the post made after it] Also, in order to prevent the activation of the seal at unneeded times, the user must be remain in check of their emotions unless the feeling of total helplessness occurs. This technique can only break Gen of Rank B and lower.

Description:

This technique is preferable when the victim stands on a wet or damp surfaces or even when in water. By performing two handseals, the water forms a sort of water snake that crawls up the victim's leg and up to the torso and limbs, making sure to constrict the arms as to prevent them from performing handseals. The constrictor then tries to pull the victim down, bringing them down on the floor. A second handseal can then be performed in order to tighten the snake around the person rendering him/her breathless. On land, if the victim doesn't go into panic due to strangle - B rank or higher tai would be enough to break through the constrictors. However, when these snakes are connected to water - they are impossible to break through it. However, a person with adequate strength [B-Rank and above Tai] can move albeit their speed decreases by 1 point. These snakes snap when the target makes it 12 feet away from the point of conjunction. This technique can be performed from a distance as far as 80 feet away.

Description:

By performing three handseals, a thick disc shaped piece of earth of about 5 feet diameter rises from the ground. This disc has no offensive/defensive power and instead is used to lift heavy objects [max. 330lb] off the ground. The disc takes a very small amount of chakra to remain active and follows the user as long as he/she keeps the third handseal active. Can move at a max. speed of kunai x3.

Description:

The user swings the ring of their Shoge overhead and around the victim's neck. Once around the neck, the victim - if taken by surprise is in a state of panic for the chain seems invisible. The user can then walk over the chain bringing the victim down on their knees. Retaliation will just choke them. The technique can be performed from as far as 18 feet due to the lenght of the chain.

I'm not entirely sure on the first one, but the restrictions and applications is purely focused on Fear Related, instead of things relating to say, torture or misguided illusions. So i like this better than most genjutsu immunity attempts, cause this ain't immunity by any means. However, there's some things that needs to be added:

[1] | Since it is a B-Rank, i believe it should only have enough ability as a B-Rank, as such, it shouldn't be able to break out of techniques that would require higher Chakra Control that starts at B-Rank, so A-Rank and Above Gen.

[2] | Clarify the [1] post is not the post at which it activates, but the post directly afterwards. The reason why i'm saying this[as staff you should keep in mind], cause things like this usually would activate at the beginning of your post, and so, there can be some misunderstanding that the beginning of your post it activates is also the beginning of the limitation, albeit that's never is the case unless it's for a super extended amount of time.

I like the water bind, it reminds of the tendril attack used by Kisame, and it's way more useful and better, but i want to know, it restrains, and usually, things that restrain has a certain breaking point relating to strength. How much strength would it take to just rip these snakes apart, or just forcefully jump and keep their mobility at least the same. And if its connected to the water, and it doesn't snap, when someone does have enough strength to move, it should lower shunshin[Speed only] by 1.

For the rock, i like, but, how fast does it move? Like, the top speed it can move if it was controlled to go forward?
