Ryo Transfer [Exchange]

As the title suggestions, this is a Ryo Transfer Station. Not many Naruto forums possess this element, as such, we would like to bring something unexpected to the table. Albeit, we don't allow for EXP exchanges to occur, as i am sure many of you know the reason to this. Here's the Details:

OOV Transfer:

OOV Transfer, otherwise known as Out of Village Transfer, is just as the name suggest. It is the trading of Ryo through another shinobi out of your village. This is allowed, however the amount deducted through this transaction of 15% of the total amount.

WV Transfer:

WIV Transfer, otherwise known as Within Village Transfer, is just as the nam suggest. It is the exchange of Ryo between two shinobi of the same village. This is allowed, however, the amount deducted through this transaction is smaller than that of OOV Transfers. 10% is the overall amount deducted.

As you can see, to perform this method, which is easiest to upgrade a new character with money earned from your previous character, one must be given a sort of tax for the exchange. This amount will go directly to Staff Members for their own personal usage.
