[/i]: Little to no reserves.▽ Chakra Reserves ▽
► Chakra Reserves are more direct than other Skills, it revolves around one aspect and one aspect only, Chakra Amount. It determines the amount of chakra your shinobi has within his body, which basically means your overall Physical and Spiritual Energies. It is a necessity in using techniques of all types excluding Taijutsu.

It also covers the most individual aspects relating to stats: Genjutsu Kai Proficiency, Jutsu Capability, Chakra Flow, Walking on Water, Walking on Tree, and Chakra Consumption. As it covers all these fundamental requirements of being a shinobi, it is perhaps the most pertinent skill to date. Chakra Consumption Rates Located Here.

▽Shunshin ▽
► Shunshin, in Canon, is a general skill of utilizing chakra to amplify movement from one point to another. In NRE, this is called Peak Movement. At top speed, going from one place to another in a single post, and to not be confused as teleportation, as it is not instant, and can be seen or interrupted. The Skill in NRE, however, is not focused merely on that, but resolves around the individual's reaction time, raw body speed movement, and your overall distance in using the actual technique. Aspects Containing: Reaction Time, Physical Speed, & Distance Capable.[Unlocked @ D-Rank Shunshin & Ninjutsu]
A solid explanation of Shunshin difference is as follows: An observer will be able to perceive or track a mover's Physical Speed if it is no more than two ranks above their own Reaction Time. For example, an observer with C-Rank Reaction Time will be able to perceive or track a mover's Physical Speed if it is A-Rank, but barely be able to react efficiently, if react at all. Think of the observer in this example as being Sasuke in Part I, and the mover being Kakashi. As an observer with 1-Rank Difference will have a hard time following an individuals movements, similar to Sasuke[Two Tomoe] Vs One-Tailed Naruto, where he was capable of seeing and barely reacting, but still capable of reacting in some areas.
A three rank difference is impossible to be followed under any circumstance. It would be like a blur to the opponents eyes, incapable of seeing. Furthermore, if the Distance Capable Aspect is used, then during use the mover's Physical Speed will be perceived as being one rank higher to an observer's perspective.
▼ E-Rank[/i]: 0.5x Kunai Movement Speed. Slowest of the slow. Your reaction time is pathetic, and you're incapable of using the technique: Shunshin no Jutu.
▼ D-Rank[/i]: 2.0x Kunai Movement Speed. Better than most normal civilians. Your reactions are below average, but at least now with D-Rank Ninjutsu, Distance Capable is available, which is just 3m in distance.
▼ C-Rank[/i]: 4.0x Kunai Movement Speed. Average in the shinobi community. Your reactions are average, Distance Capable: 8m.
▼ B-Rank[/i]: 5.5x Kunai Movement Speed. Above Average reaction. Distane Capable: 20m.
▼ A-Rank[/i]: 6.5x Kunai Movement Speed. Excellent Reaction Time. Distance Capable: 40m. Can create Shunshin Variants at this rank.
▼ S-Rank[/i]: 8.0x Kunai Movement Speed. Fantastic Reaction Time, worthy of being Kage Level. Distance Capable: 60m.
▼ SS[/i]: 9.0x Kunai Movement Speed. Godly Reaction Time. Distance Capable: 100m.
▼ π: [Restricted]
▽ Ninjutsu ▽
► Ninjutsu, on NRE, is your proficiency with the overall art. It dictates that and only that. What this means is that you can only perform Ninjutsu of your Skill-Rank, as such, someone with B-Rank Ninjutsu can not perform A-Rank Ninjutsu. Much akin to Bukijutsu, Ninjutsu is divided in arts you're capable of, excluding Non-Elemental Art, which is dictated by your overall Letter[/i][/u] rank and not the skill you possess in the rank alone[Non-Elemental Rank = Overall Letter Rank]. As such, if you have A[+] Ninjutsu, your Non-Elemental Rank will still be A-Rank, and not S-Rank. Ninjutsu is divided into several arts: Elemental[Katon, Doton, Etc.], Hiden[Ninjutsu], Inton[Yin], Youton[Yang], Kekkai[Barrier], Kuchiyose[Summoning], Bunshinjutsu[Clones] and Jikuukan[Space-Time Ninjutsu].
To clarify, Jikuukan[Spacetime Ninjutsu] @ C-Rank is required is required to be capable of using the Summoning Technique, whose purchase/acquisition will then unlock C-Rank Ninjutsu[Summoning]. This is the only way to acquire the Summoning Aspect, and its inclusion in a skillset is tricky because its lowest possible Rank is C-Rank, so it would be impossible to have both Jikuukan and Summoning Aspects @ C-Rank @ OOC Creation.
The Elemental Manipulations: Inton | Yin Release[Ninjutsu Form] and Youton | Yang Release can only be acquired if the character has A-Rank Chakra Control. Inton | Yin Release[Ninjutsu Form] can only be used if acquired as Elemental Manipulation with the right Ninjutsu Skill Rank. It is different from Inton | Yin Release[Genjutsu Form] which does not require Elemental Manipulation.
If a character has an Advanced Nature Kekkei Genkai, the Advanced Nature in question will have a Ninjutsu Aspect, but the Kekkei Genkai sub skill itself is what will receive points/upgrades. The difference is that the Ninjutsu Aspect's Rank will always be equal to the Kekkei Genkai Skill Rank; if there is a difference in Rank, then the highest Rank covered by both of them will count (e.g A-Rank Kekkei Genkai[Jiton] & B-Rank Ninjutsu will result in B-Rank Ninjutsu[Jiton]).

▽ Genjutsu ▽
► Genjutsu, the art of illusionary deception and torture. It is unlocked at B-Rank Chakra Control, and revolves around aspects of normal illusion perception, which comes as a sudden shock that's recognized by your body, and the level of proficiency with the art itself. To clarify, bodily perception is merely the jolt given to the body as it is recognized that something has been disturbed, a defensive mechanism of your mind, it isn't a definitive way to figure out an illusion or if a illusion is placed. The illusion itself and various other aspects pertaining to your character dictates this, and doesn't mean you can't break out of an illusion or perceive it without bodily perception. It also covers proficiency with the arts. What this means is that you can only perform Genjutsu of your Skill-Rank, as such, someone with B-Rank Genjutsu can not perform A-Rank Genjutsu.
▼ E-Rank[/i]: Bodily Perception: None. Proficiency: None.
▼ D-Rank[/i]: Bodily Perception: Equal and Below Rank. Proficiency: Below Average.
▼ C-Rank[/i]: Bodily Perception: Equal and Below Rank. Proficiency: Average.
