General Information TODAY'S THE BEST TIME TO GET UP! ► Nicknames Kino ► Gender Male ► Age 24 ► Home VillageKirigakure ► Innate AffinitySuiton - Water release ► Elemental ManipulationWater Release, Wind Release, Ice Release ► ClanYuki ► Military RankMizukage ► Shinobi Position Mizukage ► Individual Rank[DO NOT EDIT THIS, STAFF WILL DECIDE] E, D, C, B, A, or S.
Leaders Standings BEFORE MY EYES YOU STILL DON'T STOP, SPEED HUNTER! ► Reason For Position Constantly reading over the history of the bloody mist had inspired him to take the hat of the Mizukage from it's current owner. He wanted a to change Kirigakure in his own image, not exactly like the bloody mist but perhaps quite similar. He would bring back the old exams, of course, he decided before even taking the hat. The exams consisted of best friends killing best friends, siblings at a similar age killing their brother of sister, and then some. After a while, envisioning Kirigakure under his rule, he took the village for himself.
► Political Standpoint All for war and war for all, being what he prefers to say. He wants to create an empire, one which would have ultimate power. Therefore he wishes to constantly wage war to prove his village's power.
Mental &Physical EVERYONE IS A VICTIM TO THAT ATTRACTION, YEAH! ► AppearanceKino stands at 5'9", has black hair which mainly remains ungroomed, and blue eyes. He often has a small grin on his face when out in public, though chooses to have a more depressing face when alone, or when there is few people around. Often he can be seen wearing dark clothing and wielding a sheathed Katana. ► Mental AssessmentAt a young age, Kino was once an optimistic young child. Always looking for the bright side of thing, always looking for the future attempting to make his dreams come true. Since before he had entered the shinobi academy of Kirigakure he enjoyed reading about history, mainly Kirigakure's. He had read over the bloody mist mainly, and how it had ended with Zabuza's era. He looked up to Zabuza, he seemed to be a great, powerful shinobi. Over the years his personality had changed. No longer the same optimistic young child, he was power-hungry. It seemed to be the only way to survive the shinobi world, what with all the war waged. He not only physical, and mental power, such as jutsu and strength and speed, but he also wanted political power. His dream of becoming the Mizukage had survived his slight personality change, and he thought the current state of Kirigakure was poor, so he had decided to take over the village one day. Kino may have been one to train often, however he wasn't too active. In fact he was more lazy, preferring a nice vacation over a day of training any day. He prefers a nice book over history more than anything else. Upon becoming the Mizukage, Kino believed that it was better for the entire village to become powerful. His dream is to make Kirigakure one of the more successful villages of the five major ones, and to prove it, he decided to one day wage war with opposing nations. He is acts at ease when around citizens of Kirigakure, though doesn't really have patience with those outside of it. Those who are loyal to Kirigakure always have his respect, while traitors wont last long. He is very cautious. Those who he believes are commiting treason, or betraying Kirigakure in any way, including speaking badly about him would regret ever doing it, for Kino would often have them offed, or tortured to ensure there wouldn't be followers. He is rather fond of a jar. Not just any jar. But a jar of dirt. The reasoning behind this is that he was raised poorly. His parents hadn't even given half a shit about Kino. Well, his mother did, about fifty one percent. More than half. Though that was somewhat beside the point. Kino wanted something fun, a new toy, something all kids get, at least once, rather than the normal bowl of ramen he gets per day. So, his father took a somewhat large jar, went outside, grabbed a gardening shovel belonging to his mother, and filled it with dirt. Despite this, Kino loved it, really, more than anything else in his current life. ► likes- Declaring War

Kino was born in Kirigakure, during the oh so great time of the bloody mist. His father was a member of the Yuki clan, though wasn't very skilled in his kekkei genkai, the element known as Ice Release. His mother didn't have a special gift inherited from a clan or family, hell, she wasn't even a shinobi. She was a gardener. Rather strange. An element which kills plants and one which grows them, quite the combination.
Growing up, his parent's didn't really care much for Kino. Especially his father. As a child, Kino hadn't gotten much. A bowl of ramen a day, while his parents feasted upon three full meals a day, not including deserts. His favorite toy growing up was a simple jar of dirt, though it wasn't much, he didn't know what much was.
Over the years he had decided to keep his jar of dirt, having grown up with it and it having been one of the only companions he had.. Considering he didn't know much about the outside world until after his parents deaths.
After his parent's deaths he was placed in the shinbi academy. He had heard the Bloody Mist having been no more, so he was somewhat happy his academy years, though as well as depressed due to it being his more preferred era among Kirigakure. He was taught by a male sensei. He was a Chuunin, as most Academy sensei were. Wouldn't make sense to hire a genin, which are supposedly inexperienced, to teach academy students, who need an experienced teacher, at least in his own opinion. He was taught many things while in the academy. He was taught jutsu, which were apparently the most important things for the new exams. He had learned jutsu such as the Bushin no Jutsu. The clone technique. It was a rather simple technique, due to the fact that it was a simple academy ranking technique, mainly due to it's abilities of only being capable of distracting a foe. He had also learned other techniques such as the replacement technique and the transformation technique, also simple techniques.
He spent a total of a year and a half in the academy, due to him having joined late in the year last year he couldn't take their exams. Though this simply meant he was better qualified for the genin exams this time around. When he did take the exams, he had passed rather simply. He had performed a few techniques he had learned over his time in the academy, which was a rather simple exam. In the end, he was awarded with the Kirigakure head band. A piece of cloth with metal plating which covers the forehead, and Kirigakure's village symbol on the front of the metal plating.
Kino was placed on a genin squad. His sensei was a female shinobi, and including her there were two girls n his squad. There was another male in the group as well. He wasn't sure if they had a special gift, a kekkei genkai like Kin did, though it didn't really matter. Kino on the team was the lesser skilled, the female being the most knowledgeable, and the other male being highly skilled in physical combat, otherwise known as Taijutsu. The four had many sessions of training, one of them involving one's nature release. Their sensei gave the three a piece of paper, and had them focus their chakra into it. This would reveal their nature release, thus, according to her, allow for their training sessions to better improve the three.
In the process of training, Kino had found out he possessed the nature release of water. The female genin possessed wind release, and the other male genin possessed fire release. Their sensei had two of the three elements listed. She had both wind and water release, benefiting both the female genin and Kino himself. This allowed for Kino to learn water release jutsu from a more experienced shinobi, rather than having to learn jutsu by himself. Before this training, he only possessed simple academy techniques such as the Bushin no jutsu, or the transformation technique. However, after beginning to begin his nature release training with his sensei, he had learned a few new jutsu. One included the Hidden mist technique, allowing him to effectively hide himself in the mist and strike silently. He found this useful for combat, especially when he had a weapon handy.
Kino continued to grow and learn to use jutsu for combat and strategy, combining certain jutsu to put opponent's into difficult situations. After a while, he was offered the chance to enter the Chuunin exams, as well as his two squadmates. He jumped at the chance, as did the other two. The two headed for Konohagakure, where the exams were being held.
Kino had a hard time with the first exam, though had barely managed to sneak by. During the second exam, he and his comrades had hunted down their opponents in a single group rather than spliting up. They used tactics their sensei had taught them, one man would remain awake during the night for a few hours, and then switch out with the next person who would copy them, and then switch again. This was split up between three hours each. The female in the group was the main medic, though just in case she was unable to heal, both Kino and the other male genin had some knowledge of medical ninjutsu, though both were incapable of using actual jutsu involving Medical ninjutsu, they just knew common bandaging techniques and such.
In the third round, Kino was faced with his rival, the other male genin in his squad. Only one could win, and it hadn't been told to either that they both have the chance for Chuunin. Therefore both took the fight seriously. Kino was quite excited for the fight, though his rival not so much. He just wanted to gain the rank of Chuunin, he didn't exactly care for the fight itself, for their rivalry was to obtain the rank of Mizukage.
In the end, it was resulted that Kino was the winner. He had more time to train with sensei due to his elemental nature release, therefore he had more training sessions with her. Same with the other genin on the squad. Kino's rival didn't despise him for winning, quite the opposite, he was just determined to catch up quickly.
At the end of the Chuunin exams, both him and his rival had ended up becoming a Chuunin, however, the female member wasn't too lucky. She had failed her fight due to not having as much combat knowledge as Kino and his rival, and it was a rather quick fight, her opponent was a strong Ninjutsu, as well as genjutsu user. So, in the end only two members of their squad progressed.
As a Chuunin, both Kino and his rival had gotten the chance to lead high ranking missions, though mainly only B ranking ones. However, tragedy struck during a mission Kino was leading. The members of the current squad included himself, his rival, the female genin on their old squad, and their Jounin sensei. The Jounin sensei was supposed was simply necessary to teach Kino and his rival on how to properly take lead of a mission.
On the mission, it was supposed to be a simple mission, though ranked at B ranked due to it's importance. On the way to their object, Iwagakure, they were ambushed by Iwagakure Nuke-nin. His entire squad was defeated, all but him. He had just barely survived, and then destroyed whatever they were delivering. Though it was counted as a failed mission, he didn't care. He simply took the bodies of his comrades, and headed back to Kirigakure. He was angered at Iwagakure for not being capable of handling their missing nin.
Years passed, Kino had improved his skills greatly. He had learned a second nature release, wind release. He had also began to learn to use his Kekkei genkai, Ice release. He had also become a Jounin, through a letter of recommendation from another Jounin, a friend of his sensei's, who happened to have been sent on a mission with Kino. It wasn't a simple mission, it was to hunt down two nuke-nin of Kirigakure.
After he had become a Jounin, he took on a group of genin to teach. He wanted to do this mainly for the experience, figuring it would help him in his attempts to make it as Mizukage. Like most squads, his squad had two males and a female genin. They all had Water release, amazingly. He could train with each in an equal amount of time. The first meeting they had was a simple day out for ramen, allowing for Kino to learn about the three. Their second meeting tested their teamwork, as well as combat strong points. One of the young males, his name being Yagamai preferred long ranged combat, mainly by using weapons. The other male, Nintroi, preferred melee combat. Kino himself preferred long ranged Ninjutsu, though could settle with melee combat. The female, Yazu, had some medical knowledge on her, and made use of any ranged genjutsu. Their third meeting they tested the three's nature release. Kino gave examples, of mainly wind and water release, and explained in detail what would happen if the three got a different nature release, luckily though the three possessed water release. Yazu didn't really need an element due to her preference to Genjutsu over Ninjutsu, though the other two could make use of different ranged Ninjutsu.
Kino spent certain amounts of time with each of them, it was more work than expected, though he needed to make sure to enhance their strengths and weaknesses. He focused on teaching the female medical ninjutsu as well as Genjutsu, though he wasn't that skilled in medical ninjutsu. He taught one of the males long ranged ninjutsu and to use weapons along with it, and the other short ranged ninjutsu.
After a while, the three entered the Chuunin exams. Meanwhile, Kino was taking the hat of Mizukage. All had achieved what they had wanted, his students had ranked up and had left his original squad, while he had taken over the village. He decided at this point to bring back the bloody mist, to bring back power to Kirigakure. Later he had found out his students had died on a high ranking mission he had sent them on. Their assassins, Iwagakure Nuke-nins, at least that was what he had been told.

A few things:
You're missing the three icons at the top of the profile.
For Military Rank just put 'Kage'
As we are AU, the bloody mist doesn't exist here. Now, you could have him have an ambition to install such a theory in the village. Remove/Fix that part of the 'Reason for Position'
A little more description in the appearance would be awesome, especially in the clothing department. 'Dark clothing' is too vague.
Mental Assessment:
Once again, the Bloody Mist doesn't exist here, and neither does Zabuza, so take those two things out. Also, some detail into why his personality shifted 'over the years' would help a bit. Just a random flip of personality isn't good enough. Also, take out the part about waging war against another village. Also some grammar mistakes that you should take a look at. Final note, if you are going to leave the Positives/Negatives blank can you please delete that section.
History:
Once again, remove the part about the Bloody Mist. Any reason his parents didn't care for him? Some explanation would be nice.
What age did he enter the academy? Also, only being in there for a year and a half isn't going to work. Also need ages for when he became a Chunin and was promoted to Jounin; can't just put 'Years Later'
Finally, there's nothing written that gives him enough credentials to be the leader of the village. Leading a squad of Genin may help a tad bit, but not that much. We need MUCH more information and detail. Missions, accomplishments, etc. to even consider him Mizukage material. What separates him from every other Jounin in the village that could be selected?
In the Special Abilities section put a description of what Ice Release is and how Kino utilizes it in his fighting style.
Kage are allowed 21 points to spread between their skills, you are at 22. Also, your code is messed up in a few places.
A few housekeeping notes:
Delete the instruction paragraphs in the weapons and skill points sections. Also, some of the paragraphs in your history are oddly spaced. Fix those please. And finally make sure to take a look at all your coding to make sure it's working properly.
