Rei is a petite woman with a shapely build, slim with some muscle tone. Her voluminous green hair falls down to her waist in natural waves, and her eyes are a golden yellow color that compliment it well. She prefers the natural look to slathering her face in makeup, and doesn't wear jewelry on a regular basis either. Most of the time, she dresses professionally in a long-sleeved white blouse, black slacks, and black heels - since she works in the office more than anywhere else, she doesn't generally wear shinobi gear. When she does, it takes the form of a standard Kumo jonin outfit with no personal embellishments. When she has the opportunity, she likes to wear dresses and other formal outfits with some fancy jewelry. ► Mental Assessment Rei is an upbeat, happy person for the most part. She's not one of those overly peppy and excited people that gets on everyone's nerves, however. She loves her job and has a really optimistic outlook. Energetic and enthusiastic, the jonin is easy to get along with and makes friends quickly. Rei makes a good mediator in disputes and can play diplomatic roles easily. However, sometimes she lets her job as the Raikage's assistant get to her head a little, which can turn her quite bossy - not to mention that she's stubborn, sometimes to the point of being obstinate.
