Mental &Physical BEFORE MY EYES YOU STILL DON'T STOP! ► Appearance Height: Izanagi stands tall at around 6ft 2 which makes him rather above average height for the majority of the current population which is something that rarely comes across his mind although he does keep his height in context so that overall his body remains in proportion with both his height and weight. Weight: Izanagis weight tends to differ depending on the amount of food eaten throughout the duration of the week alongside the amount of liquids he had drank. On regular bases he keeps rather healthy and eats a combination of vegetables and proteins in order to create the perfect muscle build that would allow him to defend himself whilst having the muscle proportions back him up with the punches making him rather potent at close combat even though Taijutsu isn’t his strong suit. Hair: Izanagis hair is one of the unique things about him; throughout his child hood Izanagi had rather dark hair that lay comfortably around his shoulder along with red strands that differentiated him from the others of the Uchiha family. However at the age of 14 his hair began to change rather dramatically as the sheer color of the roots and the hair strands began to partially lighten as the hair reached the point of begin rather dark yet red; furthermore as the hair changed from black like to red the length of the hair began to change too as the long hair now simply became short and naturally spiky which contradicted some of the Uchiha traits but either way Izanagi wasn’t too bothered. Eyes: Izanagis eyes don’t seem to be anything special; on regular bases its rather dark with no real special qualities that would differentiate them with any other individual with black eyes, however at times if the intensity of the fight reaches the point of climax Izanagis eyes tend to glow a rather sinister red that make him look rather devil like. However within his Sharingan release his eye changes to the same sinister red that glows within the end point of a fight or when Izanagi is extremely angry; Izanagis initial sharingan alternates from a blue color to red which gives him a rather unique trait through nature although the tomoe that are developed remain the same, black color. The blue eye can be used by choice to covert the fact that his a member of the Uchiha family even though it functions in the exact same way as the red release. Complexion: In comparison to the majority of the population from the village that Izanagi originates from his complexion is rather balanced as it’s a combination of both dark and light which provides a rather perfect tan that tones both his abdomen and arms which are visible depending on the attire his wearing. Through his natural complexion Izanagi tends to have a lot of melanin within his blood stream which allows him to stay out and train in the sun for a while without being burned by the intense rays of the Konoha sun which may be classed as an upside! Attire: Izanagis attire is rather diverse and depends on both the weather and the current atmosphere. In warm yet relaxed conditions, Izanagi would wear some jeans that would be flexible enough for movement alongside a shirt that keeps his general body cool and exposes his arms to the warm rays of the sun. However on more strict conditions such as training, Izanagi wears black tracksuit bottoms that have a rather sinister design alongside a tank top that’s covered in solid armor that resembles the attire worn by the anbu black ops although the initial color itself is red which makes him stand out from the rest. Furthermore the design on the back of his attire has a rather large Uchiha symbol that’s quite bold and allows everyone to define the clan that he originates from. September 23rd, Cries echoed through the large household belonging to the Uchiha family. The crimson clouds slowly glided across the night sky as a women lay bleeding on large tatami flooring. The women around her looked eager for her to give birth; most of them specialized in Medical Ninjutsu in order to aid the women upon her birth of her young child. The husband was yet to be seen. The Uchiha were a very popular family among the many others that resided within Konoha though they possessed strong politic standing throughout the village defences which made them rather recognizable! Scorching hot tears dripped off the face of the beautiful red haired women who was screaming out in agony while holding the hand of her sister; the screams were persistent and the head of the baby began to edge out while the cries began to intensify, now the cry of the baby overwhelming the one of his mothers. Suddenly a door slid open as a tall slender man wearing a thick flak jacket and a crimson mask shot into the room with a wound on his right shoulder; he dropped to his feet as he slid across the flooring in order to come to a halt by his wife’s side. The baby weighed around 5kg and 3 oz which made it fairly health yet somewhat chubby. He hadn’t a hair on his head but no longer cried as the medics cleared the deep red blood off his skin; his eyes darted around eagerly as he analysed his mother and father, the innocent look in his eyes made his parents smile but that wasn’t all as the medics predicted that this child would flourish as an Uchiha in order to surpass his predecessors and join the ranks of the strongest their ever was, this was why he received the name, Izanagi. The comment was acknowledged and remembered as the years began to pass. Age 4, At the age of four, he began to prove the medical ninja right by showing expertise in chakra control. Firstly, he began to train with his father who concluded his career as an Anbu due to Izanagis mothers fear of the man dying in combat prior to witnessing his sons accomplishments in life. The man called out to Izanagi which prompted him to head towards the training grounds where the sound of the man calling the name Izanagi echoed from. He arrived with a small pillar within his arms, the pillar itself forged sincerely from chakra and looking sharper than steel; Izanagis eyes trailed a small line of fire that spread across the ground as he lost control of the pillar prompting to vanish almost instantly. His father looked shocked as he watched his young son perform a skill that was commonly taught at jounin level; he was lost for words. The man who had now entered his thirties prompted his son to approach and attack in order to determine the skill his young off spring possessed. With that in question Izanagi shot forward, his arms extended behind his back in a shallow V shape as he pushed himself that extra bit further with every step. Combat seem to come to him like innate nature, it was scary if anything! His father stared in shock as he recalled every fight that had took in the last four years that the young child was present at; from each of those fights the young master had picked up a small attribute which accompanied by explosive speed was almost demonically devastating. He approached his father while extending his fist toward the man’s abdomen; the punch was a faint which allowed the young Izanagi to duck down in the process and take a sweep of the man’s legs while gliding his hand across the ground in order to collect the sand particles beneath his palm and tossing them in the air before his father’s eyes, a technique that was used a year ago in combat against his father! As the sand ascended, Izanagi used the rubber soles of his shoes to gain grip prior to slamming his fist through the sand and aiming straight at his father’s nose. His eyes widened as he watched the first approach at a prompt pace, nevertheless he wasn’t about to let his young off spring get the better of him… he vanished! Instantly he re appeared at the exit to the training grounds while taking note of his sons lack of breath yet congratulating him for being close to making his first punch… Age 7, At the age of seven Izanagi entered the shinobi academy; he was dedicated to his studies as his eager little eyes paid close attention to the great teachings of his Chuunin tutor. Above all at that age he enjoyed learning that extra bit alongside his father. He had almost perfect chakra control for anyone at his age and thus he promptly mastered the skills and lessons taught at the shinobi academy up until he reached the ranks of the best students of his class. Throughout that time he took part in extensive Shurikenjutsu training alongside his father. As everyone knew, the Uchiha were famed for many things and their distinct manipulation of shuriken made them that extra bit potent in midst of combat. In his view, he didn’t learn much throughout the academy and thus dedicated his whole body and mind in order to graduate at the age of 8 and reach the rank of Genin. Genin, Izanagi took on his father once again this time much more confident and stronger than he was back five years ago, but the man was much weaker than before, it seemed that he was coming down with something life threatening but through fear of what the news may do to Izanagi, not a soul informed him until his broad right fist engaged with the man’s upper abdomen; the right rib cracked as the old man’s palms instinctively shot to his chest while the sudden application of pressure to the ribs forced the air out of his lungs to escape at an unimaginable pace. This left his father out of breath to the point that he dropped to his knees, Izanagi gulped as he looked down at his father while two medical shinobi that were assigned to aid him ventured into the training grounds and helped him up prior to retuning him to his bed. Izanagi knew something was wrong, he felt it if anything which was why he approached his mother and inquired, “What’s wrong with to-san?” his face looking dead serious as his voice trembled in fear of his father’s health yet the women ignored him while a tear slipped down her cheek, he knew the answer! He rushed out while kicking the door straight through, afteral it was thin and loose! He was enraged and throughout the years only knew one place to stay calm and that was the forest surrounding Konoha. His sudden passage through the walls would have without a doubt informed some sensory shinobi but he couldn’t care less as he simply ran and cried until he came in collision with a tall, large offbeat man! The man’s eyes looked filled with sorrow and he towered somewhat over the young Izanagi. The man simply brushed him to one side as the earth around him partially shifted with every step the man took toward the village, behind him were two skinny figures wearing masks that began their assault the moment Izanagi dropped to his ass from the slight push. The man were magnificent, using a barrage of Ninjutsu to detain the man and shackle him in a matter of seconds, he was lost for words but then they began to approach Izanagi while covering their masks lips with the finger indicating be quite though his crimson eyes didn’t take nicely toward the command and rotated for a split second sending one of the anbu into a Genjutsu while the sudden shift in the optical nerves made Izanagi pass out. He awoke within his warm bed while a flannel covered his warm head when his mother indicated that he came down with a fewer and a fellow traveller brought you back home from the outskirts. He disregarded his mother’s words and simply pretended to be asleep. Several months after the event he got a goal! This goal made everything in his life revolve around one key thing which was to show his father his true potential and uphold his legacy before he passed away; the man was diagnosed with an untreatable decease which was to kill him in roughly 5 to 6 years depending on his medicine consumption and general health. The young boy began to train endlessly. Firstly he requested a temporary leave from his genin squad while training with another jounin that resided in the large Uchiha mansion, the man had an innate affinity in lightning and began to train Izanagi the very same abilities that he possessed. He showed him the true power behind the lightning and began to teach him the techniques that he was taught while secretly training in the anbu. This training took place in secrecy therefore no one had any knowledge of it but regardless he begin to feel stronger day by day and was eager to train day in and out in order to surpass his father who became jounin at the age of 23 and anbu at 27! He was going to cut the barrier of age between them, regardless of how long it was going to take him he WAS going to make his father proud while embracing him on his death bed! Upon return to his squad his new strength and possibilities were noticed by his squad leader and he was recommended for promotion by both him and the Uchiha who trained him! He was one step away from surpassing his old man! Chuunin, At Chuunin, Izanagi was offered to join the anbu squad of the old Uchiha who had trained him and with the experience he had received through training and combat he didn’t refuse and simply accepted the position as squad member where he trained while accommodating his father’s well-being while part time working at a store where he unloaded and loaded products into the van. It was a hectic job that required a lot of strength, throughout the time that he worked he had to lift a lot of different weight for the store which improve his strength through while training at the anbu HQ he improve his speed in order to make himself a potent machine. This specific regime lasted for almost two years until he had finally reached the age of 14. It was time. One day, his current squad leader called him to his room. The man had deep black hair and was both tall an intellectual he gestured with his hand for Izanagi to move forward while words slowly crept off the tip of his tongue and into the cold atmosphere! “Izanagi, you have come a long way in my squad, I’ll tell you what – as I am about to step down as captain, if you beat me I WILL recommend you for Jounin then your old man can be proud of you right? Now you have to beat me in a close quarters fight! Fifteen minutes at the east training ground!” in response he nodded and begin to make his way there while stretching each of his muscles in order to maximize his potential in this fight! Izanagi had arrived at the training ground, he didn’t see the captain leave yet he was already there awaiting Izanagis arrival. It was strange but it defined the reason to why he was the Anbu Squad Leader and nothing less. The two bowed to one another as each of them entered their own stance and braced themselves for combat. The leader looked fairly cocky as he once again gestured with his hand for Izanagi to come and attack even though Izanagi had fully analysed the leader’s strengths and weaknesses. He began be dropping his hands to his waist and charging towards the captain while slowly examining the muscles tension and movement near his forearms and abdomen in order to determine his next move; as the distance between the duo instantly began to narrow Izanagis right hand flicked a shuriken from his sleeve which he then purposely threw at the captains deltoids in the hopes that he would move to one side in order to evade it! AS the shuriken neared the odd man raised his hand and took the collision with the shuriken to his hand which dug in almost like a needle dropping into a liquid; he remained unscathed. Meanwhile Izanagi had stormed in with his leg ascending to the man’s jaw and slamming him into the air prior to vanishing and re-appearing behind the man in order to firmly catch hold of his neck and prompt the descending collision to take place neck first. Mid-air the captain slammed the point of his elbow into Izanagis chest and began to form several hand seals which were water related of course. This man, unlike other Uchiha possessed two different elements, one being lightning and the other water as his mother and father were also largely water orientated which allowed him to generate a potent combination! Izanagi shivered a little as water began to form on the ground beneath them at which point he applied pressure onto the heads Adams apple for a moment prior to collision when he simply released him while rotating mid-air and kicking him into a nearby tree. The series of actions made Izanagi gasp for air prior to returning to his line of attack at which point he noticed that the captain had vanished. It was brief but the mud trails from the man’s body flicker was undoubtedly leading to Izanagis rear, instinctively he spun around while raising his right hand to his chin and exhaling a dense burst of fire that enveloped the ground beneath his feet and hit the captain like a brick wall. To follow up, Izanagi performed his own flame body flicker in order to blend in with the approaching fire and re-appeared behind the captain while his chakra spiral formed at the palm of his hand and slammed straight into his spine! He vanished once again and heard a thud as the fire ball passed! The captain dropped but the medics were at hand to instantly aid him! IT was over. The following day the captain called him back into his office, his body wrapped up in bandages; he began by informing him that the Hokage has acknowledged the young Uchihas potential and defines his strength as impressive thus approving his rank up to Jounin! It was an overwhelming feeling as he raced back home to tell his father and mother! He had achieved what he aimed for and only at the age of 14! It was far the best birthday present he could receive and doubtfully the coolest thing to have happened to him in a while! Age 16, Now at the age of 16 he continues his career in the anbu while his father’s still alive and well! He serves under a new captain a Yamanaka and regardless his achieved one of his lifelong goals! Now it was time to find another goal to inspire toward and complete alongside his ever great village!

Firstly, I'm not sure if somebody else is also going for the Rasengan position. It might be worth talking to them. I think it's Houshima (Chatango name).

Secondly, you need to remove the "-end quote-

Remove "Faster than most of the average shinobi at his rank." from physical traits. With C-Rank Shunshin, he sure as hell isn't! Remove one-handed hand seals. This is exclusive to specific jutsu, not a special ability that can be done with any jutsu. Expand upon the rest; explain them and say to what extent.

History and Appearance should be presented better. At the moment the text is too blocky, it's difficult to read and, to be honest, it puts me off the app. This might be why it's taken so long to get this looked at - nobody wants to read through an app that just doesn't look nice! Separate the big blocks of text more, maybe add blockquote and justify tags to it. The section titles should be more obviously titles - make them bold, more separate, even make the text size larger, it's up to you. Just do something xD
