It also details various rulings and perks of being a rogue shinobi / Rounin. ‘Cause as we know, being a rogue shinobi / rounin offers freedom that village loyal shinobi can not obtain in their wildest of dreams. To begin, I will like to do a simple summary of what of this system is about: Notorious Level & Accurate Rulings. By committing a crime, be it murder of a famous rogue shinobi / samurai, a few civilians, or even public indecency, your notorious level as well as bounty shall be raised. These acts can range from plots of all sizes, and is only applied when submitted as accepted as a plot beforehand. Any acts within an open thread that is not registered, will not count. So kill people with no worries when you’re in a thread that doesn’t count, it’s your choice. That’s ‘cause, [Open] threads don’t mean **** here. Also, to detail the perks and disadvantages of a rogue shinobi / rounin. Perks Rogues are capable of entering ANY mission, plot, or private thread without permission. Exceptions are: Forum-Wide Plot[Admin Constructed], solo-plots, and in-village missions. Rogues are capable of performing a [Death Attack] during their first post during any thread. After which, proper rules are followed thereafter. When a Rogues bounty is below 49,999 RYO, they are capable of venturing into any village without being noticed by the initial guards, however, village shinobi[PC’s] are still capable of noticing if decision to enter is wanted. Disadvantages Shinobi of that respective rogues village is capable of entering ANY of their threads, be it plot or private without mission. Exceptions include: Amegakure Shinobi. Threads reigning from this village is capable of being entered by all shinobi of any village. The moment ones bounty goes over the designated amount: 50,000 RYO, they are incapable of entering a village without immediately being noticed by the initial guards. If you have conducted a major offense, one that exceeds 10,000 RYO, a Nukenin or loyal shinobi may enter your thread with a death attack. This only applies to when an offense of 10,000 RYO is committed recently. After 3 months of committing that crime OOC’ly, this is disallowed. Various activities increase your bounty a certain amount, this increases your notoriety with each increase, your name & Alias becomes more spread out across the region, and you can possibly be considered one of the greatest shinobi of our “era.” Ha. • Public Indecency [Anywhere…] | + 100 RYO
  
• Village Slaughter [Non-Military] | + 15,000 RYO
  
• Village Slaughter [Military] | + 50,000 RYO
  
• Act of Thievery [Non-Wealthy] | + 1,000 RYO
  
• Act of Thievery [Wealthy] | + 30,000 RYO + Anyone can come after your ass, Nukenin & Loyal Alike. Highly dangerous.
  
• Killing of an Official [Non-Main Land] | + 25,000 RYO
  
• Killing of an Official [Main Land] | 50,000 RYO + Anyone from the reigning land may come after you, even multiples.
  

There are some crimes that are listed, like minor ones, breaking and entering, assaulting, battering, etc. That’s due to them not truly counting, and if you get assaulted, it’s most likely the Nukenin is trying to kill you, or will. Chalk one up to murder. There are a few that might be confusing, like Killing of an Official, so allow me to clear up some questions. Main Land = the 5 great shinobi lands that hoister the 5 great shinobi villages. Non-Main Land is like, the land of key. An official can be a council member or daimyo, or even a kage.
