Custom Modification Template

Quick explanation, this template was created solely for registration edits excluding Character & Custom Jutsu. Why? Because you ain't editing a technique after it's approved, and the character modification thread is located here. If you need any edit made to your clan/organization such as a new member, please, use this template. If you need a new addition to your summon contract, then please, use this template. If you need to add a technique to a summon/familiar that you forgot/want to add, then PLEASE, use this template.

Take Note: Staff has the right to deny your modification request upon their desire if they believe it is unneeded or problems occurs in it, however, only 1 staff needs to approve of your edit.

Profile Link: If it requires a separate link such as a custom technique/a member to be added, then please, place it here.
Modification Wanted: Be detailed, explain what you want, if it's simple, then be simple. If it's a new summon, then place it.
