Alright so most of you know me and my personality and how I react to people doing things I find illogical or even to things that aren`t needed. Anyways, I noticed that some of the staff seem to take things a little more personally than whats needed. When you comment on a members stuff and say you do not understand and the member gives you an explanation or even attempts to make a point to you, you shouldn`t stop looking at a members pending stuff. I understand arguing is not good between staff and members but there has to be a decent amount of understanding as well. Its honestly ridiculous.

In other matters the constantly having to bother and or pester staff members to review anything you`ve posted up as finished is not something that I feel should be happening. I understand you all have busy lives and shit and if someone wants something done then yes they should ask, but as Moderators of a site you should be looking through things on a daily basis just to double check. Some of you do and I know that others dont and that is what kills me. Basically what I`m trying to say is that we shouldn`t have to bother staff for anything unless you know its something serious, and that when someone posts something back in response to you dont get upset if they explain themselves and certainly dont put off another review for three to four days.
