▨ Guidelines & Rulings ▨
• A character is limited to two S-Rank Skills Overall. Your Specialized Skill must be in the overall S-Rank.
• Your Specialized Skill must be your highest rank at all times, OOC and IC'ly.
• Your characters overall rank is dependent on their Core & Sub Skills. The Ratio is simple:
[5] D-Rank Cores: D-Rank Overall.
[4] C-Rank Cores: C-Rank Overall.
[3] B-Rank Cores: B-Rank Overall.
[2] A-Rank Cores: A-Rank Overall.
[1] S-Rank Core: S-Rank Overall.
Your sub skills contribute as well. 2 Sub-Skills = 1 Core Skills of Equal Rank. As such, 2 Subs & 4 Cores D-Rank: D-Rank Overall so on and so forth. Staff will fill this in so you don't have to worry about it, but know your overall ranking if possible.
• Certain characters have certain mandatory skill-level to their skills. Such as a Kage must have nothing lower than C-Rank Cores, but Sub's can be anything. This only affects Cores.
[1] Kage-Level Shinobi: C-Rank Mandatory Cores.
[2] Sennin Shinobi: D-Rank Mandatory Cores.
[3] Jounin-Level Shinobi: D-Rank Mandatory Cores.
[4] Chunin or Genin: No Mandatory Cores.
[5] Special Jounin: Can only possess [1] E-Rank Core, but rest must be D-Rank.
• A person of B-Rank or Higher can have 1 Custom Weapon[Blade, Unique Scroll, etc.] at OOC Creation. All else must be bought through through the purchasing system.
• A person with any rank in Kugutsu no Jutsu can have a number of puppets at OOC Creation equal to half the number that they can control flawlessly according to that skill rank, rounded up. All else must be bought through through the purchasing system.
